Glaze Heating and Air were informative and honest with their assessment of the AC problems in the (repo) condo I purchased. Mr. Glaze even called me personally to explain the options and make sure I understood what needed to be repaired immediately and what could wait. The company was very accommodating even though my closing date was rescheduled TWICE! Every employee I encountered - from the office staff to the service rep - was courteous and efficient. They text you to let you know when the service rep is on the way and even sent a picture so I knew who to expect. It's so refreshing to deal with business people who take pride in their work and have such awesome customer service. I highly recommend Glaze Heating and AC.

Glaze is prompt, professional, and offers great service at SIGNIFICANTLY lower prices and better warranties than any competitor. From getting the quote to completing the project, Glaze communicated and scheduled everything in a timely manner. The value is incredible as other contractors wanted more than $2000 more for similar products and service. It feels great to get a fantastic deal on outstanding service and materials. I couldn't be happier with my recent service from Glaze AC!

Do not hesitate to call this company if you need a repair. I called them to get a second opinion and was impressed with how they treated me. I was very pleased with the very quick scheduling and how quickly Glaze was able to send the technicians out when they said they would do it. They called when they were on the way and called again when it was completed. The service I received from Glaze Heating and Air was outstanding. I will be using them again in the future, for sure.
