full crew, cleaned up after work, good price, 10 year warranty, professional service, easy to ask questions of, service required replacement of heating unit in attic and ac compressor outside. Elevation of outside unit was very professionally done to avoid flooding. Also gave free advice when asked, nothing was too much trouble!

Quality Service and Professionalism is what comes to mind when I think about Glaze Heating & Air. It was during the initial consult for a re-install, that I knew Glaze was the company for us. The company's owner, Dean, was the first person we met. After a walk around our home and a few measurements, he presented us with estimates. Straight-shooter, no BS. He was the only contractor that did not showup with a laptop to plug in numbers. He laid out the job plan; said how many people to expect and how long it was going to take. Man was he spot on, within 5 mins. The workers were exactly the same. Quality from top to bottom. Truly nice to see great craftsmanship these days. I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with the work Glaze Heating & Air has done and I highly recommend their services. They may not give you the cheapest bid, however their prices are fair and their service is worth every penny.

Glaze has serviced my existing unit since moving to the Baton Rouge area in 2006. I always received excellent work at an affordable cost. My existing unit was over 20 years old and had a leak in the coil so I decided to replace the unit. Glaze performed the job in less than one day. I would not hesitate using them again and would recommend them to others in the Baton Rouge area.

Glaze Is a first rate HVAC company to deal with. Everything about our interaction with Glaze has been great. From initial contact through completion of the job was one of the best experiences with a home contractor that I have experienced. We had our entire HVAC system including duct work replaced by Glaze. Glaze arrived early and had the job complete by mid afternoon. Glaze also cleaned up after the job which to me is an important evaluation measure of a contractor. Glaze is very professional, very knowledgable, and I am very satisified.
