Mr. Glaze was very prompt in providing me with the best estimate for what I needed. He arrived at my home at the time we agreed, and immediately began changing out my old central A/C unit with a new more efficient and larger unit. He and his crew were very professional, courteous, and had the new unit cooling my home in minimal time. All debris was removed from the worksite including my old worn out unit. He had me approve all of the work before he departed to insure I was satisfied. My home is now cooler than it's been in many years. Glaze Heating and Air responded to my service call within 3 hours . I needed a new evaporator and condenser/compressor unit . He gave me a quote fort the Rheem unit that I requested and labor to remove the old unit and replace within the hour. The bid was very reasonable and he promised to del the next day after lunch. They showed up at 12: the next day and completed the Job by 3:0 PM. They furnished a very professional looking job neat and clean and working properly. Glaze was timely, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We had another company come out and tell us we needed a whole new furnace. Glaze fixed it by replacing a part at a much better price than the other company quoted us to replace the whole thing. Very happy with service. Will use again.

Mr. Glaze has a very enthusiastic attitude and was helpful in helping me choose the best A.C. to do what I wanted in my home. He gave me a good estimate and knew the costs of each different option I considered. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my old unit and offered to repair it at a reasonable cost. a/c unit is noiser then expected. Dean provided a blanket (cover) for the compresser at no additional cost, but it is still loud in bedroom next too the unit. I have not talked to Dean since the blanket was installed.

Honest. I had a friend of mine who knows AC work look at the job prior to Glaze's arrival. They were spot on with their diagnosis and the price charged. I would not hesitate to call again if services are needed.
