Prompt response to initial inquiry and all follow up questions. Direct answers to all questions . Installation went exactly as promised. Can't yet vouch for long term service but so far I would recommend this company to my friends.

Dean called the same morning I selected a site for estimates. We set an appointment and arrived promptly at the time agreed. After discussing what I was looking for (install new heat pump system) he gave his recommendations and options which I compared to two other quotes I had gotten. We chose Dean based on the facts that he was local, priced right, had excellent ratings and made me comfortable with his approach to the project. All went as promised and planned without a hitch and he and his crew were professional, pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend for HVAC work needed.

When we called about the new A/C unit and installation, the price was discussed & that's the same price we paid (there were no hidden costs). The men worked together very well as a team and were finished in a couple of hours. We were very satisfied with their work & have recommended the company to family and friends.

Estimate was quick and unfortunately accurate. I mean who is ever ready to pay for an entire unit. The cost was less than I expected for units, parts and labor. The crew was way above courteous/ outright friendly and likable. They were very efficient and fast. Had the whole experience down to excellent team work. The entire job was done in under 3 hours. I might add, my attic is small. I am having trouble with only one thing, registering the products with Rheem, will call them after the holiday for what to put in. Not their fault.

I see that Glaze is already rated 5-star, and I agree. I used them last summer for an air conditioner repair. I was well satisfied with the work they recommended and the work they did and the price. So I did not hesitate to call them again when I needed furnace work. Same result -- I am happy with the work and the price.

Dean installed a 3 ton Rheem unit for me. He knew what was needed and came prepared to do the work. The installation was clean and professionally done. His recommendation on what unit to use was spot on and, though it has just been installed, I believe that the installation was done very well and will be very reliable.

Technicians were courteous and explained their approach to resolving the problem. They demonstrated the results and committed to returning if the problem occurred again.. My problem was that one of my furnace burners sometimes failed to ignite.

The project price beat all competitors by a significant amount. The furnace installed was a quality product with a warranty program better than other contractors quoted. The quality of the installation work was good. The installation was completed in one day, and we were able to have central heat again after several nights of near freezing conditions. Where knowledgeable and helpful

I knew my a/c wasn't working properly. They spent 10 minutes cleaning and said it was ok. It isn't working now.

They were very nice and concerned about fixing my problem and making me happy. They very quick in answering my call and very good at what they were here to do. I'll give them a 10 at everything, Including price wise. They weren't out to get something for nothing, witch a lot of business are doing now days. Nice, efficient, affordable service!

The guys came out to my house at 8:30 pm. I called around 6:00. Too bad the compressor was shot. Anything less and I think I would have had a/c that night. By 10 am the next day it was up and running. I got no way of knowing whether the compressor was really shot, but by the guys' demeanor, bearing and professionalism, I trust them. I would recommend this company highly.

Glaze was just what I needed. I have had problems with AC repair/install with one of the best known companies here in Baton Rouge...very disappointing! Glaze actually LISTENED to my concerns and did everything I asked not only replacing my 2 coils but also redesigning my AC closets which were very poorly designed when my house was built 40 years ago. I expect to very quickly recoup my investment by the improvements making my units so much more efficient. I highly recommend their work. Their price was much less the bid offered by the company that disappointed me before and the job much better.
