We went with Glaze HVAC based on our experience Dean and his price. Glaze was much lower than both of the other quotes we requested for a new equipment install on a new attic unit and compressor. He and his crew were extremely prompt and easy to communicate with. The install looks very good. We've only been running the heater, but we're very pleased so far. I'll try and add to the review when I come to a point where we're running the AC. Bottom line, Glaze's price and install are top notch and I'm glad we went with them.

The condo is QUITE old, but although it took awhile to figure out how to change to a central AC system, Mr. Glaze was persistent and always pleasant. He has excellent integrity and is quite reasonable. I recommend him to anyone who needs this service.

Although their initial installation appeared to go well. They cleaned up behind themselves. Within a month my outside line froze up (loss of freon) it took them days before they could check it out. My electric bill for the first month of the new unit was $300 dollars more than normal. They finally came out accused us of not putting a filter in place although they were the ones to close the intake with filters sitting next to it. The next month when I opened my bill it was still $300 more than normal. I had them out again and it was low on freon again and it took days for them to come out. This time they said it probably wasn't put in correctly last time. The next month a repeat of the same thing couldn't find a leak. Blamed my bill on other things although they had to add freon again. I asked for Mr. Glaze himself to come out several times himself he said he would but didn't. After several months and an additional $1000 worth electric bills he finally added dye to the system and found the leak. Although he assured me the unit could not have cause that much increase in electricity (electric company assured me it could) I finally went a month without the AC needing to be worked on and my bill was back down $300 a month. He did not handle this professionally and the extra $1000 plus I spent in electricity which he gave me less than %10 of this, although he told me he would pay the additional if it was his fault. I could have gotten much better for my money. On a retirement income I was forced to get a job to pay my extra electric bill cost.

Glaze promptly called me, scheduled a serviceman for the very next day, completed the job, and their price was very reasonable.

Mr. Glaze and crew are very friendly, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They did wonderful job replacing my air and heat unit at reasonable price for about 4 hours. Mr. Glaze went extra mile to add extra duct to my bathroom which wasn't getting any air before. We appreciate his work and will recommend him to anyone.

I used the services of a great local A/C company for years. For some unknown reason when I requested service this year, two weeks elapsed and I was still getting flimsy excuses. I searched HomeAdvisor and found the name of Glaze Air Conditioning. The day after I phoned Glaze Air Conditioning they installed a coil, at a reasonable price. Glaze is my new go-to air conditioning company.

They were prompt and professional.

The bulk of the attic hole was sealed professionally. But when they ran out of items i had on hand, less than professional methods were used. Instead of going to get sheetrock or plywood from the local hardware store, they cut up a postal box I had in the closet and drilled it into the ceiling. Other than this, price, customer service, install were great.

I was VERY impressed! Mr. Glaze called me within 10 minutes of me submitting my request on HomeAdvisor. He immediately understood what I was looking for gave me a quote & invited me to take my time deciding. After shopping extensively, Mr. Glaze's quote was the best (by far). We decided on a time & day for the work - he and his CREW showed up on time and were finished with the work well within the time he said it would take. The new unit is rocking & firing right along and we're very happy with our decision!

I was still on the computer when dean glaze called me in response to the Home Advisor query. He came out about 2 hrs later lokked at the unit and told me i needed a new capacitor and 1 lb of freon. Work was done quickly. price was 250 and i was a happy camper again.
