Very professional and once hired I did not have to worry about the work being done, they completed in the time frame scheduled. The took care of everything. Very dependable and was told about the warranty on the equipment.

I picked this company to diagnose / repair my AC unit based on all the stellar reviews they had on this website...mistake. My AC unit falls behind 10+ degrees every day, so I called them up. First time they come out they clean the coils, change the filter and "let out some pressure". Tell me that should fix it. Charge me for "inspecting" two units, even though I never asked them to look at my other unit, but I let it slide cause I figured it doesn't hurt having my main unit inspected. Next day, no change, AC behind 10+ degrees. Call them back up, 2nd time they come out they tell me there's a leaking coil so they add a little freon, and that should fix it. It didn't. Call them back up again on Thursday, they tell me the owner is out and he'll come by on Monday to look at it. Monday comes and goes, and nobody ever shows up. Finally after 7 pm they call and ask if I still needed them. I tell them "I'm going another route" and they say OK and quickly hang up. And so just like that after over a week, and $130 I'm still stuck with an AC that doesn't work and having to start all over with a new company. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. I simply wouldn't not and could not recommend them to anybody.

Glaze did a total change out of duct work, condensing unit, and evaporating unit during the hottest part of summer. The work was done professionally. The new unit cools exceptionally well. The price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

Dean and Ursula are awesome to work with. They provided excellent price and service. I took about 6 month to make my decision. They put their estimate in writing and honor their pricing 6 months later. After our units were installed, they came back when the weather was warmer to ensure our Freon levels were correct. We plan on being a customer for many years to come. I highly recommend them.

These guys are fast and no joke... I have already recommended them for our neighborhood and told several about Glaze heating and air.

Mr. Glaze added extras without charge (replacing all the old ceiling vents, etc). He was quick and professional.

Really great service. Took about 1/2 a day and we were back in AC. Very polite employees. Both Dean and Ursula made sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend we will only be using Glaze.

Very friendly, reasonable prices, and fast to get the work done right. We were without AC, called, and he was here the next day. The entire staff is awesome, and I will never use anyone else. They were even fantastic with my ADHD special needs child. Very family oriented, and best all around.

It was the first warm day of the year and they were going crazy. This put them about 2 hours late, but they finished replacing the attic condenser in about an hour and a half. Very efficient and very friendly. I will use them again

Glaze Ir proved to be very responsive to my request and came within 2 hrs of making it . The problem was explained and what had to be done to rectify it . Dean returned days later and in stalled a new central airccon at a new location and relocated another as well . The began work at 7.am and was complete at 3.pm .All the work done was carried out in the correct manner and done and both units are working well I would recommend Glaze Air to anyone needing this type of work The quotation was lower than 3 others I had received
