He did not have a ladder. He wanted to use the carpenter's ladder and he got into a conflict with the carpenter because they did not want to be responsible for setting up the ladder for him. And he did put the brace correctly. It fell down out of the ceiling. And because of that, I had to have someone else come and put it again. They put a stronger brace in and they bought another brace and reinforced the brace to handle the weight of the fan. So I had to pay the second company, CDM Electric LLC agreed that they would invoice me but they are delayed in invoicing me. I already paid the second contractor to have the work done put the new brace and hang it to the ceiling. I didn't hear anything from CDM Electric LLC or an original invoice for over a week and yesterday he said, "I had spoken to my lawyer, and he said that I only had 30 days from the date of the invoice or he would take me to court. And that they have no other option but to further this at the JOP.

David and his son Hunter arrived on time after calling ahead. They were done within the hour. Price was reasonable, and David even came down a little on the price when he realized he would not have to do as much to complete the job.

CDM Electric,LLC worked fast and effectively in removing an old chandelier and installing a new one in two hours time. Went to work right away. They know what they are doing and they do it well. The price for installation was reasonable and affordable. Will rehire to do similar jobs. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs a chandelier installed. We are sure that they are skilled in other areas of electrical work as well.

Went very well. He put up an LED light in the kitchen area. Also, let me know my A/C window unit was still working. I thought it was broken. He reset the switch and it worked! Would hire again if need service.

David with CDM was very efficient and helpful. The project went well even though due to circumstances, it took quite a while to get it done. I will enlist his services again when the drywall is installed to get my ceiling fans, lights, etc. installed.

David and his team strike me as a good group of guys. Very experienced and skilled, professional, respectful of your house. I think there is probably no electrical issue you could throw at them that they wouldn't have a good solution for. Came one day to survey the situation, and the work was done within a few days after that. David was true to his motto, the work they have done should be the only evidence that they were ever there. Most importantly all the electrical issues I had are solved.

Perfect. They came the next day to provide a free estimate and after I decided to hire them, the were able to schedule the installation the next day as well. The price was significantly less than other bids I received. They showed up on time, performed the work efficiently and correctly and left the site cleaner than when they started. I would definitely have them do work for me again.
