Description of Work: My floors in the kitchen and the bathrooms are ceramic tiles. I hired them to seal the grout. Apparently they also use a sealer on the actual tiles as well They left holidays on the floors in the kitchen. |The floors look like they were actually mopped with some type of wax. If any liquid falls on the the floor even water it leaves blotch marks.And whatever he used "glued" things to the floor....example: strands of my daughter"s and my hair!!!!!! I didn't realize what he had done because he to ld me not to walk on the floors until they were dry. Therefore, I saw the holidays, hair glued to thw tiles and shoe prints on the floors. My floors are ruined because of this company. I am in the process of selling my house and I will have to give a floor allowance because of them!!!!!!! I may be able to call another company to come and look at my floors and see if they can be fixes. However, I have called several and was told that you are not supposed to seal tiles ONLY GROUT! !!! |I would never recommend this company to anyone! | | | | | | |

 + -1 moreIt was awesome. Friendly, prompt, very trustworthy and a super job. I comparison shopped and cost was right on the mark. Job was finished on time as promised and I was very comfortable having the crew in my home. They were very cooperative with fitting in the job between the floor installer and painters and electricians. I appreciated the promptness and showing up at agreed upon time.
Description of Work: cleaned and sealed tiles in house and stones on patio to finish in a high sheen

floor cleaning
 + -1 moreThe floors on this home when we bought it looked like the grout had never been cleaned so the task was significant. Brent and his team worked for hours cleaning all the floors. After careful inspection, we believed that the cleaning was inadequate. Brent and his team literally got on their hands and knees to clean the kitchen grout to our satisfaction. He stood behind his work 100% and worked with us until we were satisfied.
Description of Work: Aqua steam was contracted to clean all tile floors and grout on an older home and afterwards seal all grout and tile where appropriate.
