I called and explained my needs to a pleasant woman. Set appointment for Brandon to come on Tuesday between 10am and 1pm. He never showed. The lady called me around 2:30 with no apology and sat she was rescheduling his appointments because it had been rainy. She rescheduled for Friday between 10am and 1pm. I asked her to have him call when he was coming and told her I was going to call at 10am to verify he was coming. I got a phone call at 9:10 from the lady telling me I had to get another contractor because she stated "I don't know what's going on, but he tried to come by and he called and I verified the number and you'll just have to get someone else." I said I never heard the phone or anyone at the door and my husband and I were home sleeping. And our appointment wasn't for before 10am. She said again get someone else. I said "WOW, ! Goodbye." I checked my phone and I did not have any calls from them! I called back and told her I had no calls but I would never do business with them after being treated so badly!!!!! If you want to be treated like dirt under Brandon's feet, then go ahead and do business with him.

This is the second job that Acadiana Gutter and Patio has done for us. They have been very professional and helpful in the design and installation of the gutters. They worked with us when we had to reschedule and are always responsive to questions.

Great. They were easy to work with, came when they said they would, did what they said they would. I don't know price-wise where they are compared to others but I'm very pleased by the work done. They seemed very honest as well because I did have some existing gutters that I thought I would need to replace but they inspected them and said they were still in good condition and there was no need to replace them at this time. I really appreciate that and would definitely use them again and recommend them.

They were the lowest bid on the job. They were on time and professional, all the things I wanted. I have recommended them to a couple of people already.

After receiving an estimate I was told that the worker would be out the following week. No one called or showed up. Another week went by... nothing. Finally, six weeks later my wife gets a rude voicemail from the worker (Gerald) wanting to come out today. Initially I thought that I was probably brushed aside and put at the bottom of the priority list because it was a small job. I would have had no problem with a delay if I had received a call the week the work was supposed to be performed. But, there was nothing and I was too busy to call them. That being said, if they had called and said that they weren't coming out for six weeks I would have said that is not acceptable and moved on. Update: I am extremely disappointed in this company's response. It is a complete lie. I was never contacted. And, I was told "next week" not 3 weeks. You don't have my wife's number... you have my home number which I like to share with my wife. Not even an apology. Wow.

Did a great job. Came out as promised and promptly put up gutters and removed old gutters.

Overall they did a good quality job. They had a lot of work so had to wait about a month to get it all fabricated and installed, but was worth the wait, very professional.

Everything is awesome now, and we can finally enjoy our pation no matter what the weather is like outside!

The job was completed correctly, quickly, at price, no surprise just as they said. I asked for gutter protectors and they got them set quickly.

15The guys came and had everything installed in one day--job looks great, and gutters function just as they are supposed to. Appearance of installers could have been more professional, but I'm sure that is typical of most laborers. Job itself came out very professionally.

Promptly arrived to give estimate, began work as soon as weather was feasible. Workers were polite, prompt and went about the work to be done very efficiently. Not a single complaint, would recommend to any of my friends or family.

They were professional, on time, knew what they were talking about and did the work quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased. Great Job!

Provider scheduled an estimate appointment for specific time slot and day. Called and rescheduled first appointed because of a sickness. Perfectly understandable, although we had scheduled our own time off to meet them. Rescheduled for another time, first appointment of the day two days later. Received a call a day after scheduling the new appointment asking to give them a window of 2 hour to show up. First appointment of the day and they need a window of two hours, not 15-20 minutes...this is the first appointment of the day. Start respecting your clients calendars.

Fairly standard installation; the install team came on time and were done quickly. It took a few rain storms to learn that you cannot have a decent gutter system unless it is protected by leaf guards. It only takes a small amount of debris to block a down spout. We called Acadian back and had the leaf guards put on which were very expensive BUT you have to have them. Be prepared to think through your situation and do some research before you jump in. Once you know what you want, Acadian Gutter will do a good job.

1. Brandon called back promptly and set up an appointment to do an estimate. 2. Arrived on time, and estimate was done in 15-20 minutes. 3. I was able to accept his estimate , and scheduled a time for him to line up his crew to do the work. 4. The workers called ahead of time to confirm, arrived at my house on time, and were very professional. 5. Completed the job within the time frame agreed upon. 6. I will refer Acadiana Gutter and Patio to anyone needing this type of service.

Uneven shoddy workmanship. Embarrassing when seen by others.

Brandon showed up three hours before set appt. time with no phone call, and luckily I was home. He was courteous, and the price quoted was good. We selected based off of this- had two other Companies quote as well. The date set for the work was changed by Acadiana Gutters a few times over the next three weeks (probably due to set backs in schedule from rain). Their installer called me himself over the weekend, and asked if he could come b/w 7:30-8 the following Monday. He commented he wanted to start early b/c it is cooler. My husband waited with me Monday and two hours later the installer had not shown up. My calls to their office went to an answering machine. The installer finally showed up three hours later, and blew me off when I asked why he did not call by saying "stuff happens". They did remove the old gutters quickly though, installed the new, larger gutters, and did a very good job of cleaning up the work area as well. The next heavy rain we had proved that one side of the house had un-level gutters (water stayed in the middle), and the other area the rain bypassed the gutters altogether due to the very high (too-tall) drip edge. Now this drip edge was there prior to Acadiana, BUT we did comment that the rain often bypassed the old gutters altogether by spilling over the top of this tall drip edge. Brandon said when quoting it would not be an issue with the new, larger gutters. It was an issue though, and we had the same exact issue with the new gutters. I sent a video showing what was happening with the water flow after the install. They did eventually call back. He later said they do not cut these drip edges without a waiver, which we would have liked to have known from the start. Brandon said we needed a third down spout to solve the problem, which initially when quoting he said we only needed two. They also said our patio was not level, which is true- but that is not what was causing the water-bypassing- the-gutter issue. The installer said he would be back by the following week. Three weeks later he did finally come out, and fixed the leveling problem with some of the gutters, and added the additional spout. I have to give them credit for coming back out, and they did not charge for the additional spout either. We still have the same issue- water bypassing the gutter in spots due to the high drip edge. It was not the best experience and the level of communication was poor, but they did come out and I think rectified to the best of their ability. We will be calling someone else to address the drip edge.

A little trouble getting someone to call back but once service scheduled job was done with no problems.

They did a great job - gutters looks great and match the house trim perfectly. One they got to my job, it was done quickly and efficiently. Note that they are very busy and get backed up when it rains, so it may take a while for them to get to you.

The two men that came out to install the gutters were very hospitable and they did a wonderful job. I would surely recommend this company. They were right in the middle when it came to price compared to others but the workmanship is top notch.

I called and left a message two days in a row. I did not get a call back....I moved on.

They did a great job. They got back to me with the quotes really fast. They were honest and told me when they would be able to start the work. They couldn't come on the date because it was raining and they called me and set another date. They couldn't come on that date and had to set another date. Finally when the raining stopped, they came out and did the job.
