After contacting Cypress Roofing for and estimate I had about a 1 1/2 week wait for them appointment. There was a possibility of inclement weather that day, so I called the day before and the call went to voice mail. I left a message regarding my concern but didn't not hear back and called again the next morning. Once again no one answered the call went to voicemail, but the mailbox was full. The weather report pushed the storms back into the evening, so I went over to meet them for the appointment. After waiting and hour I once again tried to call but of course it was after hours and the mailbox was still full. The next day a received a return phone call from 2 days earlier and the associate was asking what I wanted. I explained that I tried to call in regards to my appointment the first time and then informed her that they were a no show for my appointment and she claimed they did not have me on the books although they mysteriously had my address on their books. I decided to give them another chance because of the great reviews they had and she rebooked the appointment the following week. Well I drove out to meet them arriving 45 minutes early and once again waiting an hour for no one to show up. I might be able to overlook a missed appointment once but twice with no phone call is very unprofessional. Good luck to anyone else who wants to take a chance on this business.
