Description of Work: i spend 67 a month for somthing that dont work and that has no suport for facebook or any games what so ever it never loads . they dont care at all said they would give me 5 a month for 4 months for not getting what i paid for but other then that they dont care . they told me when i got it i would be able to go and do what i wanted with no problems at all every time the wind blows there is no service they will not fix it and say they dont suport any sit like facebook and games of any jkind at all . i was gto be loading at 200 and im getying 75 to 100 and most the time not load at all . im droing them and going to wild blue they told me they said they would garentee me what i wanted at a cheepeer price . also in all huesnets adds it says there is no equiptment fee and there is u have to payu every month for ta router to make it al work and if u dont tghen u have to pay them 200 more to buy ya own router . and so that is a lie rite there opn there adds. not only the adds but they lie to u when u get it and say its the fastest and all and it is not at all fasst in fact it takes all day to load most thins an i was faster haveing bell south dial up at a much cheeper price to . well come this week i wont be havuing them no more and we wil see if wild bule is as good as they say they r . im not paying for somthing i cant use . and also u cant get no viedos to load at all off the net or moveis and u can not have voice over like a phone on the net with them either casue they dont suport that either so if u cant do nothing or go where u want on the net thyen why ever have it
