+ -1 moreIt went okay. The owner has two other men that work for him. We requested that the owner come and do the work himself once he sent them out initially. The owner came out and did the work himself.
Description of Work: The provider changed out a compressor in our outside air conditioning unit.

Description of Work: I called this company and the owner came out as quick.. He service my ac and did a wonderful job.. Im so thankful for the kind service.. Its nice to have a service man to come out the very day you call and work on your unit.. He was fair priced.. I would use him for all my ac service in the future..

+ -1 moreSo here is my story...I came home from work on a Friday evening to a very warm house. Outside temperature was still in the upper 90's and I immediately started to picture a horrible weekend at home with no air conditioner. I had met Mr Sumler the previous year when I had called him to do some maintenance on the unit where I work. I called..I got an answering machine and because it was after 6:00, my hopes of finding a repairman plummeted. I left my number anyway and within 20 minutes he had returned my call. He was on his way to a job in the opposite direction of where I am, but promised he would see me before the nights end. Sure enough, he arrived, fixed the problem and even though I am very very rural and out of his way, the trip charge was minimal. I was very pleased with his dedication and honesty. He could have taken advantage of the fact it was after hours and charged more, but he didn't. I will recommend him to anyone that needs air conditioner work done.
