Did not clean top of kitchen cabinets or ceiling fan's or inside frond door or top of door. Did clean both bath rooms and wipe down walls. Cleaned floors, windows, refrigerator, kitchen sink

I initially thought that the price was a bit high, but I changed my mind after the first day that Vicki came to work. Emily's service is professional, reliable, and thorough. Vicki handled my dogs very well, and she was personable and punctual. I completely trusted her in my home and was able to expect an excellent cleaning when I came home.

I felt like a bother initially asking the owner to meet whomever was coming to clean my home before they came. Amy came to meet and she was very sweet and personable; I had no worries about letting her in my home. She has been twice and has done a great job! She is also very caring towards my two puppies. I am able to communicate with Amy directly and I plan on continuing working with her.

Never met the owner, only spoke on the phone and texted. She was polite and professional. She sent another lady out to evaluate the house and had told me up front that this may not be the person who will be doing the job. I had hoped to meet the person that would be doing the cleaning before she began. At first I thought this lady would be the one doing it but apparently she changed her mind. The lady that was sent to do the job arrived on time both times I tried her. She stayed very busy but was too short to reach and clean very high. I simply wasn't comfortable with the whole experience.

Fred showed up on time, went to work and cleaned the carpet well. Very polite and efficient.

When I came to rent the house I walked in and could smell what the previous tenants had left in the fridge. Ugh. Being disabled I realized that this was going to be a task that was beyond me. I called up the company and spoke with the owner/manager. It felt like I was talking to a good friend who knew I needed a little extra help to get through the mess I was in. Everyone was very professional. I never felt like I needed to 'hover' over them to make sure the job got done. They went above and beyond the call of duty making sure that the house was sparkling and clean. I think the only downside to this whole thing (and it is a VERY minor issue) is that they only seem to accept checks and cash. Though they had no problem taking a check with an out of town address (remember, I just moved!). Overall it was a great experience. I can't recommend them enough. A++ If you are looking for a service to use. Give them a try!

Very impressed with the initial interview with the Emily, the owner of Simply Clean. She was very professional and has a great personality. Love doing business with her. Her friendly, professional employee showed up on the designated day and time and did a wonderful job of cleaning my parents' house. We have scheduled a regular monthly cleaning with her.

She did some extra things for me but didn’t charge extra. She was little pricy. I provided all the cleaning items. The quality was good.

If your looking for a cleaning service that does it right - call them NOW. Emily runs a professional business and we are very pleased with the job every time. Before, we had several different maids come to the house and always do a poor job. We were paying $80-90 and sometimes I could hardly tell they were there. There was no vacuuming under the furniture, no windows, no baseboards, etc. So, one day I went home, looked around, got fed up, went on Angies list, hired Simply Clean, and called my wife and asked her to tell the old maid not to bother anymore. The lady that they send to our house is a bona fide cleaning fanatic. Seriously. She is SO energetic - maybe even OCD - and she cleans like a whirlwind for 6+ hours each time in every crack and crevice. She even finds things that have been lost for days and puts them right back where they should be. Yeah, we are paying a little more at $120 or $125, I cant remember, but our house is 3100sf with three baths and she cleans it top to bottom and even hits the poolhouse bath too. Also, we are invoiced by mail which alleviates the awkward direct payment situation and if we ever had a complaint we wouldnt have to stare the person in the face and criticize them. I dont see that ever happening, but thats a good advantage of a cleaning service over just a person.

They cleaned four bathrooms in my home, cleaned the floors, vacuumed, mopped, and dusted. I also have two beds changed, and sheets washed. I do feel the price is a little high.
