People very knowledgeable and probably the best around south Louisiana in what they do. They have many years of experience and their employees have been there a while. We were satisfied with the work, but there were problems. Because they are extremely busy and run several jobs at a time, they were not there every day and job lasted longer than it should have. We never knew when they would show up, they just appeared in the back yard and started working. They are very hard workers. Also had difficulty getting phone calls returned. They had forgot to install the ladder and it took about 5 months to get it done. Once again, out of the blue they showed up and did the job. Another issue was during the deck demolition, they ran over the corner of the adjacent slab and cracked the corner. Instead of breaking that part of the slab and replacing it, they filled the crack with caulking, which I have to replace every once in a while. So far the pool is great and they did a job that other companies shunned. Even with the above problems, we would use them again.

Ken Conner is the owner and came give us an estimate. We had received several estimates, but were not comfortable that the other providers would be as effective. Professional Pools removed the old cracked decking, then the coping and tile on the pool. Before it was over, all we had left was the pool gunite pool shell. His workers are professional, and hard working. All of them knew what they were doing and the experience showed. The job came in at the estimate plus a little more for extra drain lines, which we felt was reasonable. The only problem is that they are real busy and the project took longer than expected, so plan for extra time.
