Owner answered when I called and was very patient answering all my questions. We had just moved into a house and there seemed to be a flea infestation in the backyard. His son came out to perform the work right on schedule. They could not guarantee the flea treatment because it could be coming from a neighbors yard. He said that when he left every flea on the lawn would be dead. We kept our dog inside for 4 hours and when we let her out she immediately had fleas on her. I was disappointed, but also understand that it is beyond the exterminators control. I am happy to report that the roach problem seems to be resolved. Very professional and punctual.

The technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He used an electric "pump" to put the poison underneath the house in powder form from all four sides of the house.
