 + -1 moreA technician was scheduled to visit my home on a Wednesday morning. By Wednesday afternoon, he had been to my home nor did anybody call me with a status. I called the office for a status and was told I would be called back immediately with a status. The call back never happened. The technician showed up the day after scheduled at 6 pm without any warning. At that point, I refused service for lack of professionalism.

 + -1 moreIt went well - they came multiple times to add chemicals to the pool to balance the pool out from all of the flood water. They were reachable by phone and text.
Description of Work: After all of the flooding in my area, the company cleaned my pool - essentially brown to clean.
