+ -1 moreOverall I could not be happier. Greg does not look like the normal IT person (he looks more like a Harley Biker) but his knowledge of computers is remarkable. He understands that people like myself do not know about Giga Bites or Mega Bites, all I know is that I want my computer to run quickly when I use it. Greg took the time to explain what I needed in a way that made sense to me so I knew that I was purchasing needed products. He explained what I needed and what I did not need which was very helpful. He told me where I could purchase the needed parts locally and how much I could expect to spend. His patients with my computer ignorance and his ability to diagnose and fix my computer problems were excellent. The best part was that he came to my house and I did not have to disconnect my PC to get it fixed, he did it right there.
Description of Work: I thought that I was going to have to replace my home PC unit. Greg came to my home and took the time to clean my PC and then set it up so it would run more efficiently. He recommended that I purchase more RAM and that the cost he told me was correct. He sent me to the office supply store with all the information I needed to make the correct purchase which was comforting since I am not a computer person. I then called him and he came by the house to install the new RAM and now my computer works beautifully and I did not have to spend $800.00 for a new home computer system.
