Description of Work: I did not have any work done by mr brice but was in an accident with Mr Brice on clear view. My vehicle was totalled. he stayed in contact with me and made shure I was OK and the next day he brought me to Victory Motors on Airline. and bought me a new work van to get me back up and runing in my business doing plumbing. He is a blessing to me and my family. I also have did reserch on his business, and according to reviews does excellent work, with close attention to detail.

+ -1 moreI had a bad experience with a contractor right after Hurricane Katrina. This contractor was different. Brice Lobitz was completely dependable. He and his men came when they said they were coming, were on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day. Their work was of superior quality. They matched the hardy board and paint to my existing house. I have received a number of compliments on how well the shaft blends into my house. It looks like it was actually built with the house. Brice went to lengths to have everything come out just like I wanted it. He matched my elevator door to my front door. (They both have oval glass.) He was able to figure out how to keep my 2 1/2 year old grandson out of the elevator when no one is around. The exterior door can be locked or opened from the inside of the elevator, but must be opened with a key from the outside of the elevator. Brice was careful to caulk all around the shaft on both floors and even caulked some other places on my porch.
Description of Work: He built a shaft for my elevator. The shaft was built on the exterior of the house, but opens into the interior on both the first and second floors.
