Description of Work: Setting up the time for NolaMaids to come to my house for a one-time cleaning was very easy, and Tanya was upbeat and can-do. Although I didn't request the service to be asap, she offered me 2 maids for the next day at 8:30 a.m. They got there at around 9:15 the next morning, and neither of the 2 maids could speak much English at all. We had to communicate with hand gestures and pointing. They did a very good job of cleaning, and it took them exactly the length of time they said it would: Six hours. I paid them in cash, and as they were getting ready to leave they accidentally locked their car keys in their car. We waited for at least an hour for Tanya to arrive with their spare set of car keys. These things happen, and I really didn't mind them being a little late or staying a little late because things do happen. However, my biggest complaint is that, although they were lovely women and very friendly, we could not communicate because of their inability to speak English. I ended up using my cell phone to look up how to say various sentences in Spanish. I had gotten the price for this service a couple of weeks ago through email,decided to put off the service until a couple of weeks later, and Tanya was consistent in giving me the same price.

Description of Work: I did not actually receive services from this company. When I signed up for Angie's List, I was presented a coupon for 1 free cleaning of my residence. When I went to schedule, that's when I was hit with the run-around. Aparently I have to pay $130/month for 5 months and I get my 6th cleaning free. NOT WHAT WAS OFFERED. A little dissapointed in the games.
