Description of Work: removed and installed 10 double hung energy efficient windows at my house. windows were installed less than 3 weeks after signing the contract. sales and install people were great. i chose acadian over window world due to the assurance of product, installation and time factor to get the job done even though the cost was about 7% higher. the removal and install were very satisfactory as the guys cleaned everything up nicely and the caulking job was well done...as i know this can produce a real ugly look if caulk is not applied correctly....i would recommend this company to my mother.

Description of Work: Neil came to the home and gave us an estimate. From the start of his presentation he was very professional, really knew his product, appeared to be honest and straightforward. He answered all our questions and was very clear about what would be done and when, and explained the warranty, as well admitting that since Vista Windows are on the high end, they would probably cost a little more than their competitors. After getting a couple of other estimates, we felt their prices were competitive for that quality of window. The installers arrived on time. They were pleasant, very efficient, and cleaned everything up and demonstrated how to operate the windows, and gave us the information on the warranty and other issues should we run into any problems in the future.
