I would recommend Acadian Windows of Kenner to anyone in need. The service was excellent from selection to placement. Acadian Windows have an excellent, professional, personable staff along with an excellent product. Communication was present throughout the process. They were punctual and polite. My new windows look fantastic, and I could not be happier! I cannot find the words to say how impressed I was with their service. I would like to personally thank Donnie Cook who spent so much time explaining the product and assisting me in choosing the windows which best suited the my home and improved the aesthetics. I would also like to thank the guys who physically placed the new windows. They were prompt and hard working. They placed 16 new windows in my home quickly and efficiently. I specially thank Guy Schreiber for his continual communication throughout the process. He is a wonderful, warm and personable guy. Thanks to Ashley who made sure any messages I had were delivered promptly. Installers were professional and courteous. They made sure the area was draped to catch debris and cleaned area and windows before leaving.

windows look great and operate well so far. Only 2 months from install... The only complaint is the guys left a mess behind them. For 2 months weve been picking up little nails/fasteners from the removal of the prior windows. Inside, the installers took liberties in moving things around that I would have moved myself had they asked. Resulted in lost paperwork (in an home office) in one of the rooms... Otherwise, the installers were courteous and quick.

Crew came in covered floors and outside areas by windows. When finished all debris was collected and inside and out was clean. Work was done within 4 hours(9 Windows). The double insulated glass is keeping my house cooler. Was very well satisfied with Windows and replacement work done.

Everything was so easy and effecient with Acadian. We got our quote within a few days of calling and our windows were installed a few short weeks after that. Always easy to get in touch with and very professional along the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with and our windows look and perform wonderful so far. I got 3 estimates; Acadian wasn't the highest or cheapest, but difference from lowest estimate wasn't significant. Work was completed in 4 phases over about a month. Soffit was installed first over 2 days. Gutters were added a few days later. Windows and doors replaced in one day. Siding was completed day after window installation. All installers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Half of total due at contract signing; remaining due as project phases completed (balance of windows was paid separately from siding work).

The two guys who installed the new windows were professional and prompt. They installed six windows in about four hours and cleaned up. Definitely plan on using Acadian again!

Two workers came on time and began working immediately. They finished in 2 1/2 hours (the patio was small), cleaned up whatever mess they made and left. We could not have asked for more and we are totally satisfied with how it looks.

Robert at Acadian was extremely helpful. I live in a Historic District, so the options for a window replacement are limited. He told me what those options were, and what a window replacement would cost. He also said that because a window replacement would be expensive, he recommended that that I contact another business to see if they could perhaps repair the window instead. The other business can indeed repair the window, and at a cost far below that of a replacement. Robert's honesty and integrity may have lost him a customer in this instance. But I will definitely be using Acadian I'm the future, and recommend that others do as well.
