Acadian Windows does excellent work. These windows have been installed for about 2 years now and they look really great. We would definitely do business with them again.

All employees were very courteous and professional throughout the process of changing out our windows and screening in back patio. Have already recommended to several friends.

Acadian Windows was highly recommended by a family member and we were looking forward to meeting with them and getting new windows. They came out, measured and gave us a quote. After we made a down payment and were told that it'd be approximately 6 weeks, we have NOT heard back from them UNLESS we call them. To date we do NOT have windows, we do NOT have an installation date and no one is calling us! This company is very unprofessional and lacking in communication. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied and want out if this contract. Update: 9/30/2020 I would like to update my review of Acadian Windows. After posting the original review, Acadian Windows really came through. The owner actually contacted us and made every effort to rectify the situation. He scheduled the window installation and personally came out on that day to oversee the installation and make sure that everything came out right and that we were satisfied. We are very content with the windows and highly recommend Acadian Windows.

Acadian replaced all of our windows which included some framing repairs and aluminum capping around old wood window frames. All of the work done was beautifully and was done in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend!!

I called Acadian windows for a quote on the windows for the back of my house and was very pleased with the product and the price. I decided to move forward with Acadian and I'm glad I did. The installation team was very professional and did an awesome job. After having these new windows I have seen a major difference on my energy bill. I will definitely be calling them back out next year to finish the remaining windows on my home. I would highly recommend this company.

Don't use this company for homes that my contain lead paint (i.e. built pre-1978). Donnie, a salesman for Acadian, came out to my home and provided quotes for the Acadian-brand windows. I decided to move forward with the project and asked some follow-up questions about lead abatement since I live in an older home. Donnie replied the company gives out a disclosure form and asks the homeowner to move furniture 2 feet back prior to installation. This doesn't comply with the EPA standards. When pressed further, Donnie called the owner, Craig Ricks, who then said he would have to charge $100 per window to do the proper abatement. When I agreed, the price became $350 per window for abatement. I paid a deposit for 6 windows. I am guessing the owner then found out that I am an attorney that handles issues like this because I received a call the next day another employee of Acadian, Guy, to relay that Acadian was turning down the job and would refund my money. Had I not raised the lead abatement issue, it appears that Acadian would've performed the job without adhering to the mandatory EPA procedures. It begs the question how many people have unknowingly been exposed to lead by Acadian Windows. Anyone interested in learning about proper procedures for lead abatement and the potential health effects of lead poisoning should look at [*** Link removed ***]

I had 7 windows replaced. Sales representative came by the house to explain product and measure. A few days later another gentleman came by to re-measure. Windows were installed a few weeks later. The installers were professional and fast. Installation took less than 2 hours. We are extremely happy and plan to use them again to replace the rest of the windows in our house.

Couldn't ask for a better contractor or people to work with. From the initial call through installation, everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I had half of my house completed in early 2018 and I'm getting the remainder done now. I would certainly refer anyone to Acadian based on my experience. Many thanks to Mike Letto for walking me through my options and working with me to get mouse complete on my schedule. With only half my house complete, my energy bill was already down this summer over last summer.

The whole process was very professional and a great experience. The windows ran around $400 per window for Low E and double paned with great insulation. The back windows have a slight tint. Our house is much cooler now (Sept in New Orleans) and the windows look great and are easy to open. It only took them half a day to install and they cleaned up after themselves. I'd recommend them any time.

Acadians Windows far exceeded my expectations! The sales process was very thorough and the pricing was extremely fair. The time between order and installation was exactly what they promised and the installation was quick and clean. We had a quality control person here the whole time but didn’t need him because the installers were professional and very good. 6 big windows were removed and installed within two hours. Very happy and would use them again without calling for other quotes.

Representative did a great job demonstrating the product. Work began 3 weeks after measurements were taken. Workers were quick and efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done. We are very pleased with our new windows.

Purchased 12 windows. Real good product. Very energy efficient. 4 guys did removal of the old windows and the installation of the new windows in about 4 hours.
