The salesman was great , friendly, and very professional every step of the way. He sat with us and explained our options and instantly gave us a quote. The quote beat all the others we received by a long shot. After finalizing our wishes, it took about 3 weeks for the windows to be ready to install. The company set up a date that worked best with our schedule. On the day of installation, the crew showed up in the am to complete the install. All windows were complete by that evening. After the windows were done, the salesman followed up with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the windows and service. The company followed through every step of the way. We LOVE our windows and feel like we got a GREAT price!! We would recommend them to anyone.

The whole process was very straightforward, the price was reasonable, a flat fee for manufacturing and installation, no matter what size window (in my case, might not always be so). The salesman came out to my house several times and was extremely patient and helpful. The windows seem to be good quality, and the installation process went well. I noticed there was some caulking that had shrunk and someone came out right away to remedy the problem, so it wasn't really a problem. I asked the installers to please clean the windows before leaving and they did so politely and cheerfully. I would definitely recommend this company for custom made vinyl windows. They also offer many other products but the price for the vinyl windows seemed particularly reasonable to me, and I had read so many positive reviews that I felt like the quality would be good. I was not disappointed. I used these windows in the back of the house, at the front I needed to keep the original wooden sash windows because of their historical look. The vinyl windows are really better as far as insulation and sound, but they don't look historical.

I had 16 windows replaced including a patio door and garden window. Robert and his team were punctual and professional. They put tarps down inside and outside to collect all glass. I would definitely recommend them.

The entire job was basically done in one day. Had to come back next day and touch up some caulking. I had gotten several other estimates and they were right in line with the other estimates with what I feel are better windows. Their salesman Neil came to my house answered all of my questions and did a thorough demonstration not only explaining how their windows are better but showing me how they ate better. He gave me a laser thermometer had me point it at standard windows then their competitors windows and finally their windows. Inside my house the windows registered 80 degrees then Neil took a small blowtorch and torched the opposite side of each window, the standard single pain window shot up almost instantly to 180 degrees, the competitors window shot to around 120 degrees and kept slowly rising while he kept the torch to it and Acadians windows held steady at 80 degrees the whole time he kept the blowtorch on the window and he held the torch on his window longer than the other two.

It went beautifully. The estimate was very professional, and Neal let the windows do the talking with his demonstrations. The measuring was done while I was not at home, but all the windows went in perfectly. Robert and his crew took about 6-7 hours to remove all the old windows and put in the new ones. Their work was very professional and methodical, and the house and surrounding grounds were left clean. The final product looks wonderful and was a very wise investment.

Above and beyond and pleasant to have around. Windows look great! Professionals unlike Window World which was nothing but a nightmare and the people who work there were anything but professional, even the OWNER was a complete A**! You can trust them to do an awesome job on your windows and siding. It really gave my house a facelift and I was happy with how fresh and new the outside of my house looks now. Job went very well. From the first time I meet with Neil I knew Acadian Windows was the right company for us. Neil was very informative and even came back to my home a second time to show my wife the windows. The installers arrived on time and completed the job to our satisfaction. The new windows look great. We will use them again in the future when it comes time to replace the rest of our windows.

Overall I was extremely impressed with Acadian Windows and Siding. We got a complete exterior renovation to our two story home. From the start Neil came to our home on time and listened to our concerns about our old windows and explained the pros of the Vista windows Acadian installs. Although it was a long presentation at start, it was all very interesting and Neil kept it engaging. I never once felt pressured to agree to a contract during that first meeting which I appreciated. Neil came back twice before we signed with Acadian to explain things my husband and I were concerned with. He even played with our 2 year old by showing him a coin trick. When it came time for the job to be done, there was excellent communication between the office and us as to the timeline of installation. The windows were first and what a difference! I didn't think it would make that much of an aesthetic difference as it did, but wow! The windows look very clean and a whole lot better than what was there. And the best part, I don't feel drafts! The windows took 2 days to install due to the 2 stories. The siding was the next week and the guys showed up at 7:30 and didn't leave until sundown that evening. A project that should have taken a few days was done in 2 due to the workers dedication. The only hiccup in the whole process was the gutter installation. The contractor who was supposed to come install them failed to show up twice. Granted he called, but it was still frustrating. The office, however, was great in handling it saying that he would not be installing gutters for them because they do not want contractors who make excuses. The door was the last thing to be installed and I like the fact that I don't feel a huge draft coming from the door, however, I guess I was just used to my old door. The new one has a dark threshold when the door frame is white. The tile by the door may have been cut too short so it was filled in with milky white caulk. It's just something I'll have to get used to, but I am glad that I'm not pouring out air conditioning dollars through a drafty door. Overall I'm very happy with the work that Acadian Windows did on my home. Their sales team made me feel as though I was a very important customer and my stratification was their #1 priority.

Went very very well..... I am a perfectionist, and I was very pleased w/ the level of detail and the quality of work. The salesman Niel communicated better than anyone that I can remember dealing with in a very long time. From the time I called he had scheduled an appt at that time and was able to visit the next day (and was also able to accommodate an evening visit due to my work schedule). The next day after I paid the deposit, the lead installer stopped by to check out the job. A few days later the materials were delivered and they began the next day. I believe 3-4 business days from when I paid the deposit (and it rained two of those three). The evening before Neil called to reconfirm and said they would be there at 7:30 am. The morning of the job, Neil was there at 7:30 and the crew arrived at the same time. The crew was VERY professional and had all the right tools. They completed the job in one long day, to my amazement (although they did have plenty of workers). The attention to detail was excellent. the corners were all perfect, the product was VERY high quality, and the best part and most overlooked...... ALL transitions were caulked (skipped by many many Co's. I know b/c my late father was a contractor and I worked for him building new houses all through high school and college. Further, on one side of the house is where all of our utilities come in... I was wondering how they were going to navigate the main electrical and cable lines coming in, the weatherhead, cable boxes and other electrical lines that were run to the attic via conduit over the years.... but the job was PERFECT and I cannot believe how well they were able to navigate everything. I could not be more pleased with the final job. Also, after the job was complete, the same evening, Niel came out to inspect and searched all the details, transition and if the job site was clean. It was perfectly clean and there was not one shred of trash anywhere. They also hauled off all the old siding.... so from morning to night,. there was no sign of work. The next morning the owner called (do not recall his name) to see if we were satisfied and to perform a walk through. Unfortunately I had an early morning meeting and could not meet him; however, my wife did and said he was very nice. I was so pleased w/ the job I asked him to put a sign in front of our house, which they did do. I still have it up and will leave it for another week or two. Great salesman! great Crew! Very nice and conscientious owner... great to see a Co. so committed to quality AND SERVICE. Rare these days. I do want to ask them to install storm shutters at a later date.... need to replenish excess funds first.

I sure can’t tell the difference. The windows make the house much more comfortable ideal to problems we have relative to hurricane, winds, and things like that. We previously had been thinking about getting shutters but these windows are strong enough to where I don’t need shutters anymore. They weren’t the cheapest windows available but they’re very high quality stuff.

Job went great....replaced 4 windows with ease. Covered the floors and outside to prevent excessive debris. Installers were professional and nice - however, forgot to clean up in one area..... Overall a very professional company with great customer service, which we will definitely use again.

We got estimates from 4 different companies before making the decision to go with Acadian. From the moment we met with their sales rep, Neil, we knew this was a company we could work with. Everything was up front and in writing. His presentation was very informative and all our questions were answered. We were provided with addresses of others in our area that they had installed windows. We were told we could knock on the door of anyone and ask questions. By the way we were given the name of over a dozen homes within a mile or two from our home. While walking our dog we did go by two of the homes and looked at the windows and spoke to the homeowner. They were not the cheapest but were the most professional. Their install team was "THE BEST". They showed up daily on time and worked through out the day. The guys placed drop cloths down to protect my wood floors and cleaned up afterwards. When they were finished with the installation they cleaned all of the windows inside and out. I felt very comfortable having these guys in my home. This is by far the best experience we've had working with a company.

This is the second time I used Acadian Windows and they managed to exceed my expectations again. After the great experience we had with our windows and siding we called Neil back out to give us an estimate on new shutters. I was partial to the colonial shutters but my wife like the tropical bahama shutters. Neil was able to show us pictures of the two different shutters on his ipad which really helped. So we chose green bahama shutters. We were given a time frame of 3-5 weeks due to the powder coating and manufacturing process, however, we got a phone call in two weeks trying to schedule our installation. The morning of the install we were called about thirty minutes before the crew was supposed to be there by Chris the lead installer. He said he was calling to let us know they were on the way and would be to my home in about 20 minutes. When Chris and his helper arrived they both introduced themselves and Chris whom we had met before when he came out to measure handed us a folder with all of our warranty information in it. Then they got to work. They were fast and meticulous in everything they did. This was a very clean process and we felt that these two guys were in complete control and new exactly what they were doing. When they were finished Chris walked around our home with us, demonstrated our shutters, and allowed us to operate them. As I said before this is the third service we've contracted Acadian for first windows and siding and now Bahama Shutters. This company gets our highest grades from product quality to installation. We would recommend Acadian to anyone who is looking for a high quality local company and we cant wait for summer to get a patio cover from them.

I enjoyed working with Neil, the sales rep. We initially met with him in the summer, but needed time to save up for the windows. They were willing to work with our schedules for the installations, even coming on Saturday. Our windows and french doors are gorgeous. We have some touch up paint work to do, but we knew that going in. The installers also left our house and property quite clean.

The windows crew arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and began laying down drop cloths under all the windows to be replaced. All 4 windows were done by 11:30 AM. They cleaned up all of the old window parts and cleaned floors and carpets that were under the windows. The sales process went very smoothly. We decided on the window style we wanted and that was it. No up selling and no add on charges. Quite nice!!

The completed sunroom is beautiful and we are eager to entertain friends, family and business associates. The craftsmanship, product quality and customer service met all of our expectations. The nucleus of the company, Craig Ricks and his Office Manager, Robert Himmaugh along with Production Manager, Neil Howard also met and surpassed our expectations. They were readily available throughout the construction. Craig made several visits to our home throughout the entire process and was here when my husband and I gave the final "thumbs up". The Production Manager, Neil Howard brought samples of the windows and framing prior to us making the final decision to continue with the project. The entire company was determined that we would be happy with the final product. During the final phase of the construction, the Contractor, Will Dunn and all workers was also committed to making sure we were happy with the final construction. I have seen several jobs completed by Acadian Windows and Siding and each are equally well constructed.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The quality of the windows appears to be superior to the other vendors we considered. They were professional, courteous and worked hard from the minute they arrived. Clean up was excellent as well. The ability to have the work performed on a Saturday was a bonus. The two crews not only did an excellent job, it was obvious they worked well together and had fun while they worked. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for windows.

The salesman was very nice, but I was supposed to be contacted with different window options, and I never heard back from anyone.

They were fine. They did a really good job. They actually delivered early. We're very satisfied. they were pretty responsive to us. They were very professional.

There was a mix-up about the day they were to come to install our windows due to another client with our last name scheduled for the day after us, in the same parish. The way a company handles a problem is as important to us as the work they do. When made aware they had gone to the wrong house, they reacted quickly to remedy the matter, were very apologetic, and gave a discount on the job. More importantly, they kept their commitment to get our windows installed that day and the workers showed up only a couple of hours later than planned. We were very impressed with the way it was handled. Though the workday began and ended a bit later than originally expected, the workers worked hard and did a thorough, professional job. They were always courteous and did not hesitate to answer questions and provide information. The work was begun about 11 and completed about 4. We had a brief rainstorm as they were finishing up but they did not stop working. The windows installed are of a very high quality, attractive, and energy efficient. We would certainly not hesitate to use them again and, in fact, have gotten a quote from them on hurricane protection for our windows.

The sales representative, owner, and other workers ensured the materials were to the specifications of the owners, ensured all work was completed to the satisfaction of the owners who are very careful to oversee the finished product. Most parties contacted did not even respond, this company was totally responsive and assured the owners all requests would be met. The workers were professional, very careful with clean-up and finishing touches needed for this job to be completed to maintain the detailed upkeep of the property. We would advise anyone to give this group a call for services that may be needed. Should the owners begin new construction this company will be contacted for discussion of products and services.

Pleased with the new double-pane windows. Unable to rehang some blinds in the windows due to the new width of the windows - not enough space left in the frame. Clean-up on the exterior of the house could have been better. Added bands around the windows after seeing the "unfinished look" of the windows replaced in the siding. Overall, pleased with the work and windows.
