Everything went really well, from the initial demonstration/quote to the installation day. Everyone was professional and courteous. the work was amazing and we are thrilled with the finished product!

all the materials were late from the promised delivery resulting in a 2.5 month delay in the house construction

There was some miscommunication on my original contact with them but as soon as they got it all figured out they went out of their way to make sure the job was done quickly and professionally! I would absolutely recommend them and will use them for any future window or siding projects!

Original salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable. the workers were fast and clean and promised they would keep the old windows intact and take the to the Preservation Center.

Everyone was very professional from the salesman, David, to the installers (Brian and his crew). The installers were very conscientious about the windows fitting properly and being properly sealed. All debris was removed and the areas cleaned. They cleaned every window. The Windows are top quality. The Company is great to work with They pride themselves on doing a great job. I highly recommend Acadian Windows!

From the initial call and visit by David they were on top of the job all the way through. We got a great deal on the pricing and the fabrication and installation was done on the schedule they gave us. They gave us clear instructions on what we needed to do to prepare for the work (providing access to the inside of the windows). Rebecka and the crew arrived right when they said they would and worked efficiently and very professionally until the work was finished (one busy day, even with the window trim we added during the day). The crew worked around our overgrown shrubs that made access to 3 windows difficult, but they didn't do any damage at all. They were very friendly and answered any and all questions and we'd love to have them help us again. They picked up all the debris and scraps after the work was completed, provided us with our warranty, provided good information on protecting the caulking, and gave us contact information in case there are any issues.

Everything went great. Installers were very efficient and professional. Jamie is quite an asset. Dave was always prompt about returning calls and getting the installation done at a convenient time. We love our windows. It's amazing how they cut down on the sunlight. We look forward to getting more windows done.

The feature of your home that is its showcase can become its eyesore as it deteriorates over the years. That is what happened to our double paned patio doors and windows due to fogging. In addition after many, many openings, the patio doors became difficult, and in some cases, impossible to open. Replacing them was a huge job. I was delighted with every aspect of the work performed by Acadian Windows. The salesman knew exactly what we needed, shopped around for the best price, and had the glass and frames custom made to our exact desires. The workers who installed the doors and windows were friendly, prompt, highly skilled, and thoroughly professional. All of this work was coordinated efficiently by the office staff and the entire job was completed in a very timely manner.

Acadian was puntual with phone calls and house calls. Shutter delivery and installation was on time, professional, and the yard was left clean and tidy. They were all a pleasure to deal with from sales through installation. I will use them again.

We had windows installed on our home which is right at 75 yrs old. We were very leery on how this would work in such an older home and how long it would take to be completed. In total on the day of installation we had 19 windows installed on our home and 3 windows installed on our shed/workshop. The team of 4, Bryan, Becky, Jamie & Rylie arrived at about 8 am and by 8:30 am they had the 4 windows in our living room removed and installing the 1st window. While the team moved from room to room, window to window we felt the difference in the house temperature wise when they had the living room and kitchen windows installed. This was amazing. The team worked very well together, they were personable, professional, tedious to the job and very precise. We were so pleased we placed an additional order the same day for our 7 porch windows to be replaced as well. The owner and staff have been incredible. We are on to our next estimate and look forward to moving forward with siding and shutters for our home. I recommend Acadian Windows & Siding over any other as before we selected a company for this job we had 3 other estimates and their prices were $2-$3k more for the job. We couldn't be more pleased.

Siding contractors came out late on a Friday afternoon to make sure they would be able to get the job done before the rain began on Sunday. Excellent crew, very professional, friendly and was right there to answer my many questions. They explained everything they were doing in detail and made sure they did it to my satisfaction. Acadian set the appointment and arrived on time exactly as they stated. They stayed until the job was complete. The windows are of high quality and the work performed was excellent. I enjoyed the whole crew, they were friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and most of all they kept everything clean. Highly recommend them.

Extremely pleased with this company, their work, and communications. We purchased double hung, gas filled, e coated, impact resistant windows, 26 in fact. I am very impressed with the quality of the windows. No storm or criminal is going to break these very stong windows. My sales associate, Neil, was really great about returning calls answering questions. The installation crews for the windows and the capping were all professional, friendly, and did awesome work. They aslo did a great job cleaning up after the installation. The price was very reasonable for the product we received. We have identified a little more siding work that needs to be repaired and we will be calling Acadian to do the work. Have I said I love these windows!! I love, love, love these windows.

Their sales rep (David May) was very thorough in explaining the qualities of their window and did not compare their window against competitors. He sold their product on its strengths alone and never once mentioned a competing product. Within 1 working of our signing the contract he had his installers out to do the final measurements and the windows were ready to install within 10 business days. The installation crew showed up on time and did a very neat job. Any questions we had were promptly answered. It took them a little longer than anticipated, but that was due to the age of the existing windows in the house and the difficulty encountered in removing them so as not to damage the inside or outside of the house. When they were done they went over in detail the operation of the windows, the warranty and the care and maintenance of the windows. The same day they completed the job we received 2 phone calls from Acadian---the manager to make sure all went well and we were pleased and the sales rep asking the same the thanking us for our business.

The consultation and quote were professional and prices were good. They had a little hiccup where they didn't have me on the schedule the day they were supposed to do the install so I took off work for nothing, but they got back there the next day and finished everything quickly and did a good job. They were professional and cleaned up nicely. I will have them out to do more windows again.

It was perfect! They did a wonderful job installing 22 of our windows while being very professional and courteous. Becky cleaned while the others were installing the windows. i found them to be very efficient and organized. They were knowledgeable and were able to address all the concerns we had that day. They went above and beyond our expectations. A big plus for us was that they all loved dogs. Since we have dogs, it was comforting to know that they would not view them as in the way or bothersome. We would definitely recommend Acadian windows and siding to others.

We called Acadian after having a number of bad experiences in the past with home remodeling/window companies. We were drawn to them mostly because of the Angie's List ratings and awards. The crew that came to install the windows was phenomenal. They were very respectful and professional. They addressed all of our concerns and took us for a walk around to make sure we didn't see anything we wanted fixed or done differently. They made sure they did it right and told us that is anything was wrong, they'd come back to fix it.

Windows were installed the same day. One window was inaccurately measured and had to be reordered. Acadian promised window will be installed at the end of the following week.

I needed to replace a very tall and narrow custom wooden window in my living room. I obtained three proposals and chose Acadian Windows and Siding because of their competitive pricing and good recommendations on Angie's list. The new window would be vinyl, composed of three sections, with two rectangular picture windows and a trapezoid shaped window at the top. All the people that I had contact with at Acadian were friendly and helpful, starting with the Sales Rep David, to the installers Brian and Rebecca. The job was completed timely and professionally and cleanup was immaculate. They were real pros.I was very satisfied with the process from beginning to end and would not hesitate to use this company again. The new window is not only more energy efficient, but it looks great too!

It was very refreshing to know there is still an old fashioned company out there that cares about their customers, their work quality, and their reputation. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and made our decision an easy one.
