Description of Work: They did the required annual visit. I had to remind them to come after I paid the mandatory fee. They were polite but they took about ten minutes and said I didn't need fresh poison on the stakes. Some stakes looked like they hadn't been touched.

+ -1 moreI had been using Martin Services for almost monthly pest control. Some months it wasn't convenient, so we called and cancelled for that month. When no one showed up last month, or this month I called to find out why. I was told Martin had merged with J & J and that J & J hada policy that if you cancelled more than twice they would cancel you, and that's what they did. They didn't bother to let me know that, just stopped coming.
Description of Work: Cancelled without notice due to merger.
