He was on time and did exactly what I wanted done

I am disappointed with Family Land and Tree Service, LLC I met with them about two weeks ago at the site for the work to be done. I signed the agreement for them to cut off four branches. They promised they would get to me that next week and I agreed to that. That week pasted no Family Land and Tree service. I called them to see what the status when they might be able to come and trim off the four branches over my business roof. I was told they would get to me this week. Now this week has come and gone. Still no Family Land and Tree service and no phone call from them. I want use them in fact I am going to cancel that contract and look for another tree cutter.

Tree removal pros. They have the equipment to do very large trees and the poeple to do it. Cleanup was lacking. More emphasis was placed on getting rental equipment back than final cleanup. I had to hire someone else to get leftover mess cleaned up and to fill in ruts left from rolling large logs to pile. Never got call back on how satisfied I was with job. Will hire again if needed, but will emphasis better cleanup afterwards.
