chimney repair, chimney sweep
+ 0 moreVery punctuate on the phone and about helping me. Offered to come the next day, but 2 days later worked for me. He said that was fine. Showed up right on time, very nice guy. Laid down cloth to help protect my living room from ash falling. Cleaned chimney and fireplace in a very short amount of time. I also informed him that I had noticed some small cracks at the bottom of my firebox, and he was able to fill that up and informed me of how long I needed to wait before burning again. Overall, i'd use them again (and will) and have already begun to inform others.
Description of Work: Cleaned my fireplace & chimney and also had him fill some cracks that were inside my fireplace.

+ -1 moreThey were the nicest people. They were the most efficient people I have ever scene. They spread cloth over my floors and rugs to keep my floors clean. They were very considerate of my house. They do everything from chimneys, air duct, dryer ducts and hood vents.
Description of Work: He came and cleaned my fireplace and chimney. He polished my doors on the fireplace.

Description of Work: They did a very god job on everything I wanted done. We had cracks around the fireplace from Hurricane Rita. He regrouted every place with a cement grout that matched perfectly. That was last year and it still looks good. He was very professional, polite and friendly. I now consider him my chimney sweep permantly and keep his card on my fridge.

air duct cleaning, chimney sweep
+ 0 more. The chimney sweep went well. I was not informed of the prices for the duct cleaning. In fact, all I saw was them tke the covers off of the ac duct then run a brush through them adn put the covers back on. I can't justify $45 a duct for that - its outrageous.
Description of Work: The service for good. I thought the price for the chimney sweep for right on $150.00 but $450.00 for ac duct cleaning, I find out of range. It came out tp $45.00 pe duct, in fact, one duct was maybe on 3 foot from the ac itself.

air duct cleaning
+ -1 moreMy daughter and I both have fewer allergy symptoms and I would most certainly have Chimney Care clean my ducts again.
Description of Work: Chimney Care came to my house in a very polite, professional, and timely manner. My air ducts in the home needed to be cleaned to help improve the air quality in my home. In a short amount of time with no clean up on my half, chimney care had finished up and I immediately saw the effects of having clean ducts.

chimney sweep
+ -1 moreHe did just what I wanted and charged a fair price. He was professional and polite.
Description of Work: He completely inspected and cleaned the chimney and I also had a problem with the brick separating from the wall. He caulked the entire fireplace and fixed the problem. It looks great.
