William was excellent& very professional. He moved a huge overstuffed sofa, chair & ottoman out of a small doorway and baby chest. I am definitely calling him again for more work & my neighbor did too. He was a godsend!

I had a very disappointing experience with this contractor. When he worked on my yard, I was living 4hrs away and the home was on the market. After he finished, he claimed he had sent 10 pictures of the completed work, but they never came through. Trusting his word, I paid him, which turned out to be a mistake. A realtor and her client later viewed the house and left a negative review specifically about the yard.� When I finally visited the property, I was shocked to find that he had not done anything to the flower bed. He dug up my bush but left it lying on the ground and left the concrete pavers in a pile in the flower bed. The neighbors reported that he was on the phone, speaking loudly and using profanity about the job. Additionally, he attempted to overcharge me for materials, quoting prices that were about $400 more than what I found from local suppliers.

Very professional and he had an amazing lift and trailer that was hi tech I was really impressed. I was treated with respect and he respected my property and did the job well. I would definitely hire him again or refer him to others!

It went excellent. Dirt was delivered as promised and the spreading was done to perfection. No ruts in yard and was done on time as promised. The grading was very professional and even. Can’t get any better and I’ve been in in this type work for 50 years. I used these guys for my personal property and I’m very satisfied beyond imagination!!
