I called Vincent and he was able to come two days later. I had received a verbal bid over the phone. Vincent arrived on time, took precautions to keep all of the house neat and clean, pre-treated the "bad" places on the carpet, and cleaned the carpet in a timely manner. I am a real estate agent and this is the fourth time I have used V-Clean--one time Vincent cleaned the carpets in my home. I have never been disappointed with the end result and the excellent customer service.

I've used him in the past and he's done about 10 to 12 jobs for me in the last couple of years. He did a good job and his prices were excellent. He comes out on short notice. I have a lot of rental properties and he does all of the work for me.He's very thorough, he shows up on time and he goes over and beyond to do the extra that most of them won't even do. He'll even assist moving some of the furniture around where someone won't even do that that I've used in the past.

We can't say enough about V-Clean. We will DEFINITELY use them again!! My husband called on a Friday and Vincent was able to come the next day on a Saturday. He showed up on time and ready to get started. The carpet in the living room was stained and dirty. In fact, we just figured we'd spend a little money to see if they could be cleaned but were fairly confident we would have to replace them. When Vincent was finished with the living room, the carpet looked brand new. It is unbelievable! He saved us hundreds of dollars. Not only are the carpets looking great, but Vincent helped my husband move furniture around and he even put styrofoam pads under the legs of the furniture to keep it dry before he left. Very professional. Save your time and money and hire V-Clean to clean your carpets!

I found this company on Angie' List and since they had great reviews, I gave them a call. Vincent called my back and set a time for come in and give me an estimate. He came on time, introduced himself and took a look at what needed to be done. He said he would find a date (check his partners schedule) and call me the next day. He called as promised, gave me a date and a quote which I accepted. They came to our home on Saturday (on time), got straight to work and within an hour and a half the carpet looked like new. He and his partner, cleaned up and after themselves and were on their way without any problems.

Recommended him to my Mother ans she liked his work. He cleaned three rugs for me. He cleaned my Mother's sofa and chair.

Vince is great! He has become my go-to guy for this. He is courteous, always on time and his prices are very fair. I have a 2300 sq ft. house and it is all carpet with the exception of the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He does the living room, hallway and all 4 bedrooms for $100. He is quick and is usually pretty flexible as we usually have to have him come in on Saturdays since my husband and I work during the week. I would highly recommend V-Clean!

The experience overall was very pleasant. Vince is very polite and professional. He arrived ready to work and on time. He called before he came. After cleaning my sofa I asked him if he could scothgard it, he said he could, but because the sofa was dark and had a pattern (meaning spills probably wouldn't show) he would hate for me to spend the money to do it. Also, a rug I had was in pretty bad shape. After looking at it and talking with me about it he said it wasn't worth cleaning because it had seen its better days. Again, he didn't want to charge me for cleaning it when it was no good anyway. When Vince got here somehow we got on the subject of wisdom teeth. Surprisingly, he told me he just had 2 of his wisdom teeth pulled yesterday(the day before he came to my house to clean). I told him to go home and get some rest and we would reschedule later, but he wouldn't. He said we made the appointment for today and that he would complete the job today. I was shocked! I certainly recommend Vince and I will use him again!!

The price was very reasonable. He was courteous and prompt. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. On the day he said he would be here, he was here early. He called before he came. He was careful when coming in the house. He worked very fast. He also cleaned small 5x7 throw rugs and didn't charge me. I was very pleased.

Had used Vincent 2 years prior and had a good experience. Because we had installed a high quality Berber carpet, Vincent explained that replacement was unnecessary and he was confident he could restore the original luster. Vincent took the time to explain what was required to complete the job to my satisfaction and what the job would cost. His expertise and honesty saved us several thousand dollars.
