+ 0 moreThis company is a father and son operation. They were both polite, professional, and efficient. While waiting for my old water heater to drain, Tim helped me fix something I'd done wrong in a DIY shower mixing valve installation, and took the time to teach me the right way to do it. I appreciated that very much. His price was competitive and he gave me an estimate without insisting on a site visit or giving me a bunch of caveats like some other plumbers I called. He showed up exactly on time and finished the job early. I intend to hire him again when I need plumbing work done, and will recommend him to my friends.
Description of Work: This company replaced a 20-year old gas-fired hot water heater for me.

+ -1 moreIt went terrible. It started out with him installing the plumbing for a bathroom and a sports den sink in the wrong location. He had to move those. We have a very expensive tub that he drilled holes in and in an inappropriate location. He claimed that he was told to do this. He does not want to pay for these damages to the tub. When he was confronted about the holes in the tub, he lied about it. It has now been four months and our tub still has not been replaced. There is a law suit pending.
Description of Work: We are adding an addition to our home, and he was contracted as a subcontractor to install the plumbing for the new addition to our home.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time to start breaking up the concrete; the job was much harder than anticipated. Tim had to get another jack-hammer to finish the job. After the concrete was removed, the new plumbing was installed. Even though the job was much harder and took longer than Tim anticipated, he still charged us what he originally estimated.
Description of Work: Tim broke up our concrete slab in the area that he installed new plumbing for a larger bathroom.
