This was our first time using The Glass Guru and what started off as a decent experience ended up not going along as planned. The individuals were very prompt at getting me a quote and setting up an install time. On the day of the install, the installer did not show up on time. It was only when I reached out to them that they called me to inform me that the piece of glass that they ordered for the window replacement was the incorrect size. After having to take time off of work and being told that to replace the glass would now be delayed about 3 - 5 days, we opted to cancel the order. The part that gets me is that their representative blamed everything on the glass company they purchase from saying that the mistake "wasn't their fault" so there was little that they could do. If you are going to use a company to handle things that you do not directly have at your facility, it's best to make sure they are a good representation of your business. When I asked if something could be done to rectify the problem (discount on the glass, expedited work, etc) I was given the number of the franchise owner and told "good luck." The owner never called but the customer service rep called back saying the owner was very busy and informed me of the new install date. Like I mentioned previously, we opted to cancel the order with them. We were really looking forward to utilizing this company as we like to support the smaller business owners but I guess that will not be the case with this project.

They came out to do this service yesterday. They were punctual. They do a warranty works for the window company. They came out and replaced it. They helped me a lot. I definitely use them again.
