BUSINESS OWNER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH MY SCHEDULE TO GET OUT AND LOOK AT MY BELONGINGS. MIND YOU I HAVE A SPARSELY FURNISHED BACHELOR PAD. SHE QUOTED ME $4000.00 TO PACK UP MY HOME!! - PACK ONLY NO MOVE. I FEEL THAT SHE WAS TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DESPERATE SITUATION I WAS IN. FOUND ANOTHER AWESOME COMPANY THAT PACKED AND MOVED ME FOR HALF THE COST. HERE'S WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN QUESTIONED THE COST: and quot;We offer so much more as far as the service goes. We cater our services to what our clients need. We know our clients are busy, so we do everything and quot;outside of the boxesand quot; to help our clients. We will take out the garbage, answer phone calls and take messages, etc. It's like hiring your own personal assistant for the day. :)and quot; I'M SORRY, DIDN'T REQUEST A PERSONAL ASSISTANT, JUST WANTED MY STUFF BOXED UP. BUYER BEWARE

This company, through its website and marketing director, offers what seems to be great service, including packing, moving and even set-up services. I originally contacted them because they were one of only two companies I found that would supply a cost estimate for a move, rather than a cost per hour figure. However, I could never get them to supply an estimate, even though I contacted them by telephone several times and left my phone number and email address.

I wanted to get my life back and it was too overwhelming for me since I have physical disabilities. These young women are encouraging, professional, and not the least bit judgmental. I feel better and lighter of mind and spirit every time they leave. We work at my pace, 2-4-hours at a time, once or twice a week. Their rate is dependent on your situation and job needed. I spoke with two companies and this one was better, more responsive, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and already have. Finally getting my life back.

Communication was excellent, the move went very smoothly and they were extremely kind and very professional. We used them again to move the furniture back to the house when our family member became ill and was unable to stay at the assisted living center. They also sent condolences when our family member passed away. I would recommend them to anyone needing a moving service and can't say how much we appreciated ther professionalism and going over and above what was expected.
