An appointment was made for Jose to show up today to provide an estimate for work. At 7:30am received a call that Jose was running late for a 9:30am meeting. At 1:30pm I called his office and was told Jose wasn't coming today because he wanted to wait until he had other work in the area before coming out and that would probably be the next afternoon.

Called late on a Friday, and had an appointment with Jose on Monday. On Monday, Jose showed up, on schedule! He was friendly and professional. He measured the area to be repaired and gave me an estimate. We picked a stucco color and he said his team would be there Tuesday at 7:00 am. Imagine my surprise when they arrived at 6:00 am! They covered all of my windows and doors with heavy duty plastic for protection. They taped tarps to the concrete drive to catch any drips. They were done in six hours and said that the fiberglass mesh would have to dry over night. They said they would be back bright and early on Wednesday and they were! They finished the job, cleaned up, and were gone in another five hours. The results were fantastic! I could not be happier with Jose or his crew! Great job!

Jose was fabulous! His crew was punctual and in fact ahead of time I'll schedule. My house is absolutely beautiful. It is the pride of my block. I would absolutely recommend them 100 cent. They also cleaned up after themselves perfectly. There's absolutely no trash around they were always courteous and respectful.

Beautiful job and cleaned up afterwards. Had a very small punchlist of very minor things and they were johnny-on-the-spot correcting them with no hassle. Amazing! Very professional and punctual to the minute, if not a little early. Also, amazing! Will definitely be calling them again. Glad to see they do painting and pressure washing so will be calling them for that the next time we need those services.

This was a big job, and Ozuna's crew were top notch professionals. They were not the cheapest quote we received, but I have ZERO regrets in spending the extra money to make sure the job was done right. From start to finish (a crew of 2-4 were on our job for roughly 2 weeks) they were timely, professional, hard working, courteous and very respectful of our property. Their attention to detail was impeccable, even catching a few things my husband and I had overlooked. They seemed very knowledgeable and focused on doing the job right. I appreciated not having to worry about overseeing them every step of the way. They did what we expected them to do at the price they promised, and at the quality level we were hoping for. Nothing but high praise for this company. Worth every single penny, and our house has beautiful curb appeal again!

Jose Ozuna was very good at getting back to us with an estimate and calling to schedule being on site. Originally scheduled to do the work on 5/26/14. He had a job over the weekend that went long due to weather. He called the night before to reschedule. I was not expecting him until Tuesday anyway when I realized 5/26 was Memorial Day. He was at our house at 7:30 am and finished by 3:00 pm. His work area was cleaned and they managed not to damage any plantings. He did a great job of matching the stucco color. You can't even tell there was a repair, and it is right next to the front entryway in a full sun area. Great job!

Following a relocation home inspector's report, I was required to fix cracks that were present in the stucco in the front of my home. After my initial phone call to the company, the owner was at my house within an hour. I had a written offer within the next hour. I did get a second offer by another company, but had to wait until the next day for someone to come out to my home and the written offer took another day and a half. Although the second offer was two hundred dollars less, I chose Ozuna's because I felt the work would be done faster and with good quality. I was correct. They planned to start work at seven in the morning and actually started work at the house at six fifteen. The work was of excellent quality. I inspected the work carefully and had no complaints. Highly recommend this company.

Phone staff was very professional as was the estimator that came to my home. Decided to use another company because of recommendations from friends but i have a very favorable opinion of this company.

Mr. Ozuna and his crew came as scheduled, and completed the work in the time he said it would be completed. They did an excellent job. They had to take down molding and replace it after the stucco was set. They matched the color with the color of the rest of the house.

The owners of this company were very professional and knowledgable. The actual workers were just average. One of the owners was the "foreman" on our project. He bought the highest quality sherwin williams paint for the entire job without us even asking. We have children, so we preferred the paint with no VOC. Having forgotten to ask before the quote, we asked when they arrived to begin the job and found that the owner had already purchased the no VOC paint when he realized we had children. Amazing! This paint is twice as expensive as most paint. They get an A just for that. We were satisfied with the overall job. They arrived on time. The paint on the walls and trim looked good. But they were a little sloppy in the closets, for example, they did not remove the wood shelves to paint them, so they were actually painted (stuck) to the shelf bracket. We also found some drops of paint on the carpet and many places where the paint got on the carpet when they were painting the base boards. If you use them, insist that they tape the carpet by the base boards! They left the water running on several occasions after washing their brushes outside as well. Regardless, I feel they are far better than any of the other painters we have used in BR. I do plan to use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job repairing my stucco, and the shudders look great. I would highly recommend Ozuna even if they are not your lowest bid, they do quality work in very professional manner.

The crew showed up promptly at 7:30 AM and worked until 5:30PM for an entire week (including working on Sunday). They carefully prepared the exterior of the house with pressure washing, caulking, and minor wood repair. They spent three days just on the preparation. They even advised us on some potential issues with two dormers on the front, which we called in a carpenter to fix. The conditions were difficult due to several weather interruptions and the slope/pitch of our roof, but they handled each obstacle with professionalism. The paint job itself came out beautiful and you can see the quality of the work. They reconditioned four exterior doors (one was completely stripped of paint and re-varnished). The house is 20+ years old and now it looks brand new!

Ozuna's Painting were very prompt in giving the estimate in. They were here when they said they were going to be. Their estimates are a little higher than the others but I like the way they responded to our requests.

Excellent work overall. Silverio, one of the owners, provided me with a prompt and detailed estimate. The initial estimate was out of my price range, but Ozuna's was willing to work with me on a price based on what I could afford. They are on the high end of the estimates I received, but I believed that their quality would be well worth the extra cost, and this was the case. They were able to start almost immediately, and it took them approximately 6 days to complete the work. Given the size of the job and the care they took, this was a fairly impressive time frame. They arrived early in the morning and worked until 6 or later. The quality of the work was excellent. They spent two or three days on preparation, which was critical to the good job that they did. The lines were clean and they used top-quality paint. The house has old hardwood flooring and they were very careful with the floors. I could not be happier with the paint job. I was also impressed with their attention to the customer. Silverio was extremely knowledgeable and had several helpful suggestions for the job, most of which I took. I have found that when dealing with some contractors, you never see the person you meet with for the estimate and walk-through once the job begins. This was not the case with Ozuna's. Silverio was there at the beginning of the first day, and visited the site several times a day. I would love to give Ozuna’s a perfect score, but my only complaint is that during the job my garage door was damaged and a fireplace tool set was broken inside my house. Ozuna's repaired the garage door and it works fine now, but I was not told in either case about the damage until I asked. Things sometimes get broken during jobs, but it is unacceptable when the owner is not informed of such accidents when they happen. Despite this, I would wholeheartedly recommend Ozuna's for any painting job, as their work is superior to any contractors with whom I have had experience.
