+ -1 moreVery professional - Shane showed me the corroded pipe, went to the supply store, got the needed replacement, and had the sink working in a very timely manner. He explained a number of things to me...and gave me a senior discount! I had a separate problem with my dishwasher. I called, and he came out to work on it at a mutually convenient time. See above comment.
Description of Work: My kitchen drain was completely clogged. No over the counter product had helped at all. I called Shane, and in short order it was repaired. Unfortunately the next time I called (twice) no one returned my call for almost 2 weeks. Since my problem had become serious by then, I called someone else. I was very disappointed...especially after such A+ the first 2 times.
