+ -1 moreHorrible from start to finish! The original house we were having built, we didn't buy, they put an 8 X 10 wall of the wrong color brick on the front of the house not matching the rest. That was they breaking point (they wanted to paint it). The house we moved into instead has been a nightmare!
Description of Work: D R Horton is building homes and mass neighborhoods in Livingston Parish. They are horrible! They lie about when the work will be done and they lie about what size appliances (A/C, water heater) they put in. We have been in our home for 2 months and have had nothing but problems, as have our neighbors. Most of us would have never bought a Horton home had we researched it first. They get you with the "deposit" to hold your house, $1500 is a lot of money to a lot of people and you don't get it back if you pull out.
