Description of Work: Joe Arceneaux the owner came out and inspected my house and gave me a quote. I like the professionalism and knownlege he showed and the fact he was an Entomologist. We scheduled a date to get my house protected from termites. On that day another guy came and trentched all around my house, drilled a few holes in my courtyard and front stairs and applied the product. When he was done you could barely tell any holes were drilled. It took somewhere between 2 and 4 hrs to complete.

+ -1 moreWe have used them for about a year. Originally, for termite inspection and elimination on a fungal growth under the house. Since then, we have used them for roach and other pest control. We are very pleased with their service. We had a really bad roach problem and now we never see them. We also had to use them for rats. They put out rat bait and we have not seen any more signs of rats.

+ -1 moreArceneaux inspects and treats for termites as well. Though we don't see our termite tech as often, Roddy checks for this as well between our annual visit. We can't say enough good about this company. They're the best!
Description of Work: Pest Control: Roddy comes by 4X a year, or $300 per year. He first checks with me on any on-going or new problems. We had a severe rat problem which he's virtually eradicated. He goes above and beyond to eliminate even the smallest pest problem we're having. Roddy's always prompt, patient and a perfectionist at analyzing and treating problems. He's become more than a professional pest technician, he's a trusted family friend.

We have used them for pest control and termite treatment at our residence for over 5 years and have never had a problem. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
