+ 1 moreShawn (or Sean?) was responsive and punctual. They finished quickly and did an excellent job! It looks like we poured a new patio and sidewalk! And, our house looks so good. We are having our house renovated and have a big dumpster in our driveway, so he said he would come back to wash the driveway. He only charged for the rest, and we will pay him for the driveway when he comes back. He’s also a very nice guy.

Description of Work: We have used Affordable for years & have always been very pleased...Shaun is a great guy with an excellent work ethic. This year was even more outstanding. Like many of our neighbors in the Baton Rouge area, we flooded in August & have been dealing with the aftermath of having 35" of water in our house. Shaun came out & washed EVERYTHING & when I offered to pay more than my normal because our siding had more dirt & debris on it from the flood, he said he wouldn't go up on our price after all we've been through...at a time when lots of contractors are price gouging, Shaun has proven to be a person of impeccable integrity. As long as Affordable is around, we plan to use them for all our pressure washing needs...we HIGHLY recommend!

+ -1 moreMy house was in dire need of pressure washing so I called Affordable Pressure Washing and was happy to hear that the owner, Shaun Lambert, was able to pressure wash my house that same afternoon. Shaun and his helper arrived on time and did an excellent job. He also pointed out the decayed wood around the outside of my house (which I wasn't aware of). He was very professional and took his time making my house, windows, patio and carport look so clean and nice. I would definitely recommend Affordable Pressure Washing.

+ -1 moreI would recommend him. We do power washing a lot down here in South Louisiana. It cost me $275 for their service. Shaun came on time and came when he said he would. He did a fantastic job and he covered a lot of territory. He just didn’t do my house, but he did my driveway, my sidewalks and my porch. In this area, the price I paid him is an extremely reasonable price for all the work he did. He calls his customers once a year to remind them and not many of them do that. Pressure washing is a necessary service. I would use his services in the future too.
