Description of Work: The person came out because I had no water. He then went to the pump and changed a part then came to me and said that he couldn't get to work and that I would need a new pump. Ok, so I asked how much it would cost. He gave me a price and I asked if that price included installment? He then added an additional one hundred and fifty dollars. I agreed reluctantly but I need water. About five minutes later after going to his work van. He comes back with another price which would add another three hundred dollars to the price. I looked at him with disgust and he then yells at me saying , you can look at me all you want but that's not going to change the price! I continued to look at him in shock when he then said, I just irk here I don't make the prices. I then told him that I would try someone else instead and he turned and said then I'll leave do you want to keep your pump? I said yes and he put it in the garage and sped off. He didn't tell me what he charged for the work he did but a week later I got an invoice.

 + -1 moreVery professional. The employee knew his business, and had our water back on in about three hours or so. I recommend this company with no reservations.
Description of Work: They completely rebuilt the well. Replaced the motor, hose, electrical, pressure switch, pressure ga. etc.

 + -1 moreThe pump for my mom's well at her house in Lacombe burned up after 13 years and stopped working completely. Over the course of 3 days one of her friends made 2 failed attempts at replacing the pump for her. On Thursday, 28 August 2014, I called Water Works Pump and Well Inc. They were amazing. They told me that because my mom didn't have running water at her house they would reschedule what they planned to work on that afternoon and go get her squared away. And they did. They showed up when they said they would and replaced her pump right away. She has running water again and we are both grateful for the prompt and courteous service provided by Water Works.

 + -1 moreI had used other companies and not been satisfied. They are prompt and efficient. We had a small problem with a new pump and collector installed and about nine-months later it went out. They came right out and were able to fix it under warranty. Over 3 weeks, they made roughly 10 trips to check and double check everything and finally fixed it. Their rates are very reasonable. They went well above and beyond and never complained.
Description of Work: They did work at my house in Covington. They replaced a problematic water pump and collector among other things under warranty.

 + -1 moreNo problems encountered in the removal and installation. The two gentleman arrived at the planned time and worked very efficiently.. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the result. I am very pleased with their product and service.

 + -1 moreI find everything about them to be first-class. They're employees are very courteous and helpful. I've never had a problem with any work they've done - I've never needed to call back on a job. They come when they say they will. They're prices are very good. I'm just very pleased with them and will use them again. I would recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: Someone backed into my into my pump head with their car & broke it - it was spewing water like old faithful! They've also drilled two wells for me. They come whenever I call them to service anything in the pump house.
