Description of Work: VISUAL CHANGES IS THE Worst Landscape Company! BEWARE! Don't use Visual Changes Inc. they sent me a bill for One Thousand eight dollars for canceling contract with them. then trying to charge me fees etc! I am tired of being ripped off by shady companies like this this one.
