Sam Swett provided excellent customer service and quality of workmanship from the beginning to end of my service. I first emailed Mr. Swett after a review of the Swett Portable Bldg's website. I spoke to him for about 20 minutes and felt like he was an old friend. Sam outlined the different styles and types of buildings he builds and also provided recommendations to me on windows, doors, roofing, etc. He then made an onsite visit and spent more time talking in detail about his process, planning, costs and completing purchase. Mr. Swett outlined his schedule and told me exactly what he would be doing and how. He also shared details on the quality of materials he uses and invited me to visit some of his other customers. Mr. Swett called a week before his scheduled time to build my building and advised that he was ahead of schedule and could start a week early. He made another site visit and planned his strategy and logistics of moving the materials in and building in a seamless fashion. Exceptional service! During the building process he checked quality all through out the process, even down to the deadbolt locks on the door. He also cut an opening for my air conditioner for free and came back after the electrician to seal it more. I couldn't be more pleased with my new studio! The quality and workmanship is excellent and I love the red metal roof!
Description of Work: I purchased a portable building to be installed on site. 12x24ft

Sam Swett is great. He works by himself on the North shore, but will travel to New Orleans or Baton Rouge. We waited about a month for him to be able to come and build on site, which worked out well for us. He moved the door to accommodate our air conditioning unit outside. He came early in the morning with all of his materials prepped, and by 5 p.m. we had a beautiful storage shed with a shingle roof. We researched a number of shed companies (mostly on the Northshore) and he was the most reasonably priced. Highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a shed.
Description of Work: We hired Sam Swett to build an 8ft. x 8ft storage shed in our back yard.
