+ -1 moreVery good. They come 2x's a week. My can is always put back on my front lawn instead of being left in the street. When you call the office they answer the phone and are very helpful.

Description of Work: Okay, I called and booked trash pick up. Supposedly they were going to pick up Tuesday, Tuesday came and went with no pick up because tons of trash in front, I called to follow up and they said they would pick up some a day through Friday but would have to pay extra until gone but would have picked up by Friday. THURSDAY at 7:00 NO trash picked up. I will cancel my payment and my service and get a trash company that actually says what they are going to do. If they couldn't handle it they could have called me and discussed or advised so I can get someone else that can do the job.

I recently moved into my new house and had hired a different company who had "forgotten" to pick up my trash on several occasions, even after my phone calls. Someone from S.T.E.P. was in my area and putting out fliers for their company. They are cheaper, provide a garbage can for you, and the staff is extremely friendly. Also, there is no extra charge for a bigger items that you may put out on the curb. We recently put out an old barbeque pit, and they took it with no question or extra fee. They even pick up on some holidays. Overall, GREAT service and company, and I would recommend them to everyone I know!
