Sarah was on time, clear in communication, reasonable in pricing, a fast and thorough worker, and comfortable to have around. The stair-oiling and window-cleaning were extras and although she included them in the original price, by the time she completed the work, I felt that she'd under-estimated. I offered to pay a little more and she accepted graciously. I appreciated that she did not ask for it herself, though she certainly was entitled to! Sarah comes across as very friendly, fair, and no-nonsense. She had a younger helper with her who was not as good as she was but did not mind at all when I pointed out a couple of things she'd missed. Both said afterwards that they appreciate hearing directly what the customer wants instead of late,r via unkind reviews or no repeat business. I had called her just before having lots of out of town company and she went out of her way to accommodate me on short notice. I will DEFINITELY use her again and referred her to a neighbor as well. My only suggestion for my neighbor was that if she gets her windows done, too, to ask for a more professional job with squeegees, windex, etc. to really get them clean. I only asked for a general cleaning and that's what I got (so this is by no means a complaint!). I didn't ask for more because it was so short notice and she had not been able to bring her brother with her, in which case I understand she's sometimes able to do more than the normal housecleaning chores. I recommend Sarah's Cleaning Service with no reservations whatsoever!

Sarah and her assistant did a professional job in a timely manner. She is flexible always asking what we want her to accomplish with each cleaning. She arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and asked if her services met my expectations before departing. Sarah is always happy and bubbly (laughing). She brightens up the room when working with us. We have used Sarah's Cleaning Service on a regular basis for several months now, and have never been disappointed. The house always smells clean and fresh when she leaves.

I have had a problem with cleaning services in the past. They start out great then become complacent. I do not believe this will be an issue with Sarah. She did a terrific job and we have a schedule going forward. It's nice when you husband comes home and comments on how nice the house looks. Great job Sarah!

Sarah has been cleaning our 2,400 s.f. house every other week for the past year. She does a great job, has never missed a regular appointment, she is thorough and does little extras that I don't necessarily think to ask from her. She has a sunny personality and we have found her to be completely trust-worthy. I highly recommend her.
