Met with Ruben for the estimate. He throughly explained all and answered all my questions. Really nice man. The crew did an amazing job on the roof and taking care of bushes and cleaning up the yard. I highly recommend this company for your roof.

Ruben and his staff are very professional. They accommodated a couple of necessary site-visit appointments at my house and promptly rescheduled. Ruben was very helpful, explained the nature of the damage and provided a prompt estimate for repair. Upon selecting a roof color and providing downpayment, RBJ had all the materials delivered and stacked neatly on my driveway in preparation for the job, and scheduled within a week for the job to commence when weather allowed. The crew was very professional, worked diligently, set tarps for debris collection, and had the entire area around the house thoroughly cleaned after the job was complete…. didn’t even find one nail remaining on the ground afterwards! Ruben came by the day after to inspect. Very friendly and courteous, would definitely use RBJ again in the future!

Hello [Member Name Removed], thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to see you have left a terrible review. Its unfortunate that you were unable to be at the free roof inspection I provided nor did I ever speak to you concerning your roof. In fact I only spoke to your wife over the phone, and no one met me on-site and I was unable to see inside where the leak was. The reason I said that I believed that you needed a different type of roof is because of the slope of your roof. Your roof is 2 on 12 pitch, shingles are recommended for roofs that are 4 on 12 or more. roofs between 2 on 12 and 4 on 12 pitch are suppose to be installed using ice and water shield or as another option you can use metal roof. A variety of metal panels are rated for roofs with a pitch as low as 1 on 12. when I inspected your roof (again with out someone being on-site to show me the exact area of leakage)I noticed that when. I lifted the shingles all the roofing nails where rusted. This indicates that the water was been staying on the roof to long and this causes the roof to leak, it also causes the wood to become soft and sometimes rot. This is why I mentioned to your wife that I would recommend properly installing a metal roof. I called back and texted several times to speak with you and you were not available. You can reference everything I have said by calling your local building code office, or by simply reading any shingle manufacturer installation manual. Any under qualified roofer will tell you to just do a patch that doesn't mean I am wrong and for that reason I feel that your rating is unfair. Thanks I wish you the best with your roofing project

New Asphalt Shingle Roof
Description of Work: I appreciate having had the opportunity to have done business with RBJ Roofing. I put in a request for an estimate and the next day received a message from Ruben (owner). Ruben was very organized and provided me with all of his documentation (in a nice red folder) that verified the legitimacy of his business. Presenting samples and details of the service he would provide and explained (while he wore a mask for our protection) he outlined and explained the details of the estimate and processes. I am very analytical and do my homework and can ask quite a bit of questions which Ruben patiently answered. Ruben even later responded to my text inquiries promptly. The day of install his employees arrived promptly and the Foreman Carlos (a happy man always smiling) was very involved in overseeing the install from beginning to end. All of the roofers were kind and considerate and detailed oriented in their craft! I just passed my first wind and rain test with this recent tropical weather!! I can tell you it feels good knowing have a good roof over my head; yay!! RBJ Roofing you did an awesome job for a very reasonable price! Thanks 😊

RBJ Roofing gave us the fairest price of all the bids we received. They were prompt, arrived exactly when they said they would, and roofed not only the house, but surprised us and roofed a small shed for free. When they were done, they didn’t leave a trace of trash. We were impressed and satisfied. Mr. Ruben was extremely kind and a pleasure to work with.
