Pro Services A/C and Heating

I spent over $11,000 with this poor excuse of a company and replaced both of my ac units with nice new Amana units (which was the only good thing that came from this situation). Billy, the owner, is worse than a used car salesman and will tell you anything he needs to for him to get the big sale. They replaced both units and then broke one but kept pactching it and doing a half *** job on it but never actually fully fixing my new expensive unit. I told him after they installed my first unit, that it takes four hours to cool down from 74-70 degrees at 8pm at night. Billy responded with "Four hours!?! Shooooot, that's pretty good buddy!" Are you kidding me? Four hours starting at 8pm at night is supposed to be good? Give me the old "bad" unit back because it took 1.5. Billy and his company are an absolute joke and only hires drug using shady people. One guy used to come over to our house all of the time to "repair" the unit they broke but didn't tell me about and he's actually in prison for rape now. So yeah, don't mess with these people. Also, I called for a service appointment last year and they put me on a waiting list, I was "number four" on the list and it's now been 14 months and I'm still waiting on that service call.

This is my second review. After damaging my house and doing completely shoddy work that I had to get my homeowners policy to repair I just received a letter from Allstate insurance that Pros Service is an uninsured business!!! Buyer beware. If you're lucky enough to have a good job done and no one hurt doing it!!! Also, they have never made right or reimbursed me for the drain pan that I paid for!! I also cannot find any mention of them at the BBB site anymore. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST!!!!

Pro Services LLC replaced the central air/heat system on my house. This was to include the emergency drain pan under the air handler in the attic. The tech who installed the system told me on the day of installation that they hadn't brought a pan with them that would fit through the attic access. I asked him how bad the old pan was and he stated that it had rust but was still usable. The old unit had evidently been leaking into it but was then draining out the overflow pipe to the outside. Since it was not leaking into the house I trusted him and said ok. One day later water began leaking onto the floor below. I called Pro Services who sent a tech there who cleared the main drain. I had asked the tech on the day of installation if this had been checked and he said that it had. This was obviously not true since it leaked a day later. After the drain was cleared I went into the attic and found the pan to be completely rusted through in places and water had been leaking into the attic. I contacted Pro Services and talked to Billy (who had represented himself as the owner) and requested that they change the pan since I had paid for it (it was in the quote) and it was obviously not any good. I also had floor damage that I asked him about and he stated that he wasn't responsible for this, which I don't believe to be true. He said that he would get me a new pan and install it. It has been two weeks and he won't return text messages or answer the phone anymore. The whole thing was caused by them: 1. Not really verifying that the normal drain worked. 2. Not being truthful about the condition of the old pan. To compound the problem he led me on for days saying he would take care of the pan and now refusing to answer me when I inquire about when he is going to do this.

At approximately 2:00 a.m. on the morning of 6/7/2014 our A/C unit stopped cooling. I went on Angie's List and found Pro Services LLC A/C & Heating, which had great customer reviews. Even though the company stated they offered 24-hour service, I waited until 6:15 a.m. to call. I was expecting to leave a voice message but to my pleasant surprise Mr. Flynn answered the phone! He was very personable and professional and he assured me that he would definitely get out to us ASAP. My husband and I hunkered down for the duration and we were pleasantly surprised when our doorbell rang at about 8:00 a.m. and there stood Mr. Flynn. He quickly assessed the problem and determined that we had a bad Run Capacitor. He changed it quickly after explaining what he found. By 8:30 a.m. he was finished his work and we were back in business with our home cooling down once more! Mr. Flynn was very kind and professional and we felt very confident in his abilities. If we have A/C problems in the future, we certainly will call on Pro Services A/C again!

Pro Services A/.C and Heating did a wonderful job. The crew was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the end result. Billy, the owner, checked on the progress during the morning. Billy even came out the next day to program the thermostat for me and explain how it worked. I can now check the status and operate the A/C from my iphone. Its a great feature. I found their price was very reasonable. At least give them a chance to bid on a job. I am sure you will be glad you did.

From Start to Finish, Billy Flynn's company was nothing but professional and true to his word. He showed up on a Sunday morning and did above and beyond what I've experienced with any other A/C contractor in the past. He was Very friendly and professional and his employees were nothing less! For what he charged, his crew went far and above what they had to do in that they checked each room to insure airflow, made adjustments that really did help and checked all the system before leaving. Best customer service I've ever experienced. Thanks Billy, to you and your team.

My experience with them was good. They were professional, courteous and they did the job well.

I had gotten 4 quotes and they were the most prompt at delivering the quote. I have all 4 contractors compare the same 4 brands. They were out within an hour after I called. They emailed me the quote the next morning. When they did the job I was in FL, so I gave him the house key. Five men came out at 8 AM and worked until 11 PM. They had got the whole job done. They left the job site spotless, they cleaned everything The re-location of the units was a huge task too. They were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only time he came into the house he left his shoes at the door.
