Pioneer Gutters

Search elsewhere for a gutter company. We hired them to clean the gutters of our rental property. They left the job claiming our gutters were to filled to clean. They never confirmed a time to come back to clean until after I had hired a new company (a month later). Then they refused to honor the contract that we had already paid in full on another rental house because they wanted payment for a job they did not do. Go elsewhere. Not a friendly business.

Rain started leaking behind gutters with the first rain that came. It started leaking inside my home, running down my walls. When I called them about it they took a WEEK to come check them. They adjusted and silicone them but that didn't stop the leaks! They have come back 3 times and they are still leaking. Trying to figure out what to do. My roof is metal and they had to cut the eaves back for the gutters . I am wondering if they cut them back too far. Pioneer contracted the job to Strong Shield Siding and Pioneer came only 1 time to look and sent the contractors back to fix it. The problem still is still not fixed and water is still coming in my walls. I will probably have mold in my walls!! I would Not recommend them to anyone. I have contacted their insurance because Pioneer doesn't act like they care!

They cleaned up before they left and they did what they were supposed to do. They came out as said and did what they were supposed to.

They were prompt to respond to my request for an estimate. Once we decided to use them, they were scheduled within 4 days. Our gutters appeared to be cleaned Over the weekend, we had a hard rain and we were able to see that the water was once again flowing freely through the guttters.

Made appointment, they called and confirmed twice. No-Show!

They are professional they call before they come. They keep my gutters clean and I always get a receipt. Even if I am not home when they come out to clean my gutters they will leave me a note. I have been using their service for several years and I will continue to use them in the future.

They call to say when they are coming. They let you know when they are outside. They come when they say they are going to come. They are very reliable and they do a great job. It's worth it to me because then I don't have to worry about my gutters. I can't climb up on ladders and clean gutters.
