Description of Work: Very bad experience. I had to call this guy back several times to correct the problems. Black stains appeared in the bottom of the pool within three months. The staff left plaster all over the place. It took two years to get him to return to fix the tiles that kept falling off the wall of the pool. Each time he return to fix a problem, he asked for more money. He tried to take advantage of me because I am a women.

+ -1 moreI give them a good grading. I felt they were very efficient and very professional. The guy showed up and spoke the principles very well. He has owned the business for 5 years and has been in the business for 15 years. They are knowledgeable and they do a good job as far as I was concerned. They were priced competitively. They had an electrician that they contracted with because the lighting had struck the pool lighting and it blew out. They had to rewire that and get a good electrician.
Description of Work: I used Martinez Pool Plastering to refinish my pool. He did acid washing.
