+ -1 moreTheir estimator was thorough and responsive. Unfortunately, they failed to show up on the day the install was scheduled due to some sort of miscommunication on their end. We had to move a bunch of other contractor appointments around to accommodate the new date. But, they took 10% off the project cost to compensate for this mistake, which I thought was reasonable. The quality of the materials and installation are excellent.

Description of Work: They were wonderful. They listened to what I needed and designed something with me in mind. Then they gave me the price and it was 1/3 of what the previous provider gave me. Installation was quick. They were very polite and clean with the work areas. They did make one mistake that I had to get repaired later by a contractor, but I plan on using them again.

+ -1 moreThe guy that owns it is very personable, and he did a great job! He did exactly what I wanted (I was very specific) and my closet is still in great shape. It is great quality for the cost! He had very good communication and they were on time. They were one of the few who were reliable throughout the home building process.
