Used a commercial cable to unblock my tub's drainage problem because the residential cable didn't do the job. I've since learned from two other plumbers that it is common practice to NEVER use a commercial cable on a residence. They broke a T joint in the process. They could not repair. After they gave up they charged me $375 (in addition to the $100 I paid just to co.e out). Yes, they wanted to pay them for breaking the joint. When I refused to pay the supervisor called me looking for the money, trying to justify that they didn't break it on purpose. I never paid, of course, but when I asked for my $100 back and told her (supervisor) that they had to repair or pay for the repair she laughed. BEWARE!

My father is 78 years old on a fixed income,, he went in the office to talk to someone,they Did not quote him a price on replacing a kitchen faucet, to which he had purchased a faucet frome home depot, so faucet furnished, the service guy came out changed the faucet out and supposedly replaced 2 stems in a bathroom faucet, 300 dollar bill ! Totally shocked when he told me how much they charged him, my dads not one to confront but even he was shocked, that 300 dollars for 30 min , that's taking advantage of the elderly im sorry , no other way to put it , totally disgusted! And not only that, I later asked for the bill, and I have a copy of it bc I was utterly disguted at the bill. Bc where the signature for the customer to sign , my dad did not sign, I know my dads signature, and instead it was a scribble one letter thing, and my father signs his whole name and has since he's been old enough to write , I have the same signature, and in the clause above the signature states that tby signing , the customer acknowledges the services rendered and does not dispute the price and bla bla bla, so fraud was committed by this company, bc the tech signed his signature and wasn't even close, I guess thinking we wouldn't recognize, and then got a call saying that he knew the price of the job bc they told him how.much it would be, and that was a lie , so I will report this to the BBB, AND WHOEVER I CAN TO STOP!!! THIS COMPANY FROM DPING THIS TO ANY OTHER HUMAN, LET ALONE SENIOR CITCITIZENS, TOTALLY DISGUSTED !! SPREAD THE WORD THAT THEYRE A FRAUD, DONT BELIEVE GOOGLE REVIEWS THAT SPEAK HIGHLY OF THEM BC THEY PAY FOR THAT REVIEW, AND, BLEIEVE THE NEGATIVE ONES BC ITS FACT!!! MY DAD I THE MOST HONEST MAN I KNOW , AND HE EVEN WROTE A REVIEW, HES NOT CONFRONTATIONAL AT ALL, AND HE WAS LIKE , "WELL I CANT DISPUTE IT , AND IM LIKE OH YES WE CAN I WILL.FOR YOU! ITS SICKENING , BAN THIS TIMBUCKTOO COMPANY !!!

Its all very good. They tried to come as quick as possible. They keep us informed, did good job and try to diagnose what is the problem. Fair price

They weren't able to do it, because they said I need a granite & marble man to do it. Even still, they didn't bother charging me their service call fee, which impressed me. The first time they came, the price was right, and they did an excellent job.

They were very good. They did a good job. He's very good. He did the replacement for a lot less than the other company we used prior. It was a lot faster and a lot cleaner. He was very clean, very quick and he came when we asked him to. He did a very good job. He still charges the going rate but he was fast. The quality was very good. He did what we asked him to do. He came when he said he would. He was on time.

I called them and they did a pipe inspection done and they came in on the same day and they did done fast. I was really impressed with their responsiveness. The plumber came out, he was very courteous and very professional.

Arrived on time, did work as requested. Prices are reasonable. Will use them again.

They installed a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and faucet for my new sink. Their guy could not install the faucet - said sink & countertop were too thick. Offered no real solution. I got extensions which were recommended by Lowe"s. This guy put too much torque on extensions. One cracked and my KITCHEN FLOODED that night. He also scratched top of dishwasher because he used screws that were too long. The owners of the Co. never did contact me personally. I wanted a $100 rebate; they offered $50, which I accepted. BUT, they never paid UNTIL I CONTACTED ANGIE'S LIST.

I was satisfied with them both times. The first time they came it was to fix a leak in the toilet and one of the tubs was running nonstop. He went and purchased the handicapped toilet for me.

Goodbee fixed both, although he had to make two trips out due to a rare part that wasn't on his truck, but we still got next day service. We are way out in the sticks -- maybe 20 minutes north of Covington -- so you gotta factor that in to his price. If the drive time is worth maybe $50 per trip, there's $100 of drive time and $88 for plumbing. In other words, the work was done right, on time, and the fellow was personable and professional. If this had cost $188 in Covington, I would question its price, but he had to burn a lot of minutes and some gas to get here. I think the price was fair, and everything else was excellent.

Our experience was very positive. Responsiveness and communication was top-notch and the plumber that arrived to perform the install was very professional and courteous. We'll call Goodbee again in the future to replace our second hot water heater.

I liked him. He was honest and gave me several options of what I could do. He gave me the pros and cons and let me choose what solution I could afford. It was pretty simple and there wasn't much to clean up.

It only took a few days to have my water heater installed once I gave them the ok to do so. They were polite, clean, quick and extremely professional. I would use them again and tell others to use them also.

I found them on Angie's List. I like that they were prompt and were able to come to fix the problem the same day I contacted them.

The plumber was very good. I was very pleased. I got the name of the plumber from the guy who services my well. They also explained to me how to take care of it. They did not take advantage of me which I appreciated. He came when he said he would come which is really important to me.
