Expert Air A/C -Heating

My mother's 22 year A/C system finally gave out !! I am her oldest son and I live in Dallas and my mother lives in Mandeville !! Found Expert Air through Home Advisor !! I'm a 32 year airline pilot for Delta so I research things pretty good when I have something done !! Been around the Block ( World once or twice) if you know what I mean !! From the moment I started to work with Chris and Expert air I knew he was professional, knowledgable, prompt and he returned my text and phone calls quickly !! Having put 3 trane AC units in my house in Dallas I had an understanding about what my mother needed !! Chris recommend what he though was best, and in the end my mother and I decided on a American Standard system !! Chris gave me an estimate, explained what he would do and how he would do it, and when his crew was available !! The price was right, he was able to get my mother's system in the next week after we started the process and as a matter of fact he was able to get the system in within a day of my mother and I deciding to use Chris and Expert air !! His crew was polite, professional and hard working !! Having done a million different projects for my own home,rental properties and my mothers home I can say that thing usually don’t go as well as they did for this job !! I highly recommend Chris and Expert air !! The job they did for my mother was outstanding and from the very beginning Chis was straight up wth me and I really appreciate that !! We hired expert AC and heating through Home Advisor, minutes after submitting the request for quotes Chris called. We needed to have our HVAC system service and cleaned for annual maintenance prior to selling our home. Chris did not rush through the phone call he was extremely professional and truly interested in providing his services. He asked several questions in regards to what we needed, then proceeded to go into great detail on how he would conduct the service and cleaning and how long it would take. Chris and Mark (father and son) were fantastic. The most professional HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. Contacted them through Home Advisor last night and they promptly returned my called and even scheduled me on Superbowl Sunday.
