We had a shattered window, and they were very prompt in sending a representative to our house that same day to measure the window, as well as a screen that needed replacing. Someone in the office called the a day and a half later with a quote.  I paid 50% deposit over the phone and the window was ordered.  I had indicated that a Friday would be the best day for installation and they were to call and schedule the appointment.  We never recieved a call back, but they did arrive on that Friday for the installation.  Thankfully my husband was there even though someone must have forgotten to call and confirm the appointment time.  The installation was quick and looks perfect.  They left the work area clean, although I did later notice a pile of glass fragments in the street in front of the house where something must have been dropped.  I do not know how competitive the pricing was, as I honestly did not take the time to get multiple quotes, but it seemed reasonable.  Overall, it was a good experience and I would probably use them again.
